“The worst hotel and the worst service, especially at the reception.” “I received a booking confirmation email and called to confirm the reservation before arriving. When I reached the hotel, they took my ID and informed me that I needed to wait for the room to be prepared. After waiting for an hour and a half, they told me that the payment hadn’t been processed yet, and I had to contact the company again, which was handled poorly. Despite the cleanliness of the place and its central location in New Cairo, they lack the most basic principles of professionalism in handling customers. There wasn’t even a welcome drink or a glass of water offered. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience.”
