到店後還要收取73美金！！告知是什麼修理費！每個人都需要交，疑問的時候前台那個大鬍子男的説你不同意你可以離開！強制收費！在埃及遇到的唯一大坑貨就是這家店和前台的男人！ 進去後洗手間是濕的，被子上有毛髮！ 非常噁心

Nice experience very clean and great location Thank you again for all the staff and mangment in this amazing place. This is my third visit and every visit I notice a lot of improvement and enhancement in their service. Would definitely recommend for a business trip in new cairo or for a people looking for a central location near to the sightseeings 20 min and in a luxury area

Positive: Polite and available staff. Negative: Poor value for money. The room was very dusty when I arrived and had to request twice for it to be cleaned. The room was not cleaned regularly and when cleaned, upon request, towels were removed but not replaced. There was no hot water when I arrived and I had to wait 1h to shower after a 20h travel. The bathroom and shower were very small and the door didn't not fully open. The staff tried to make me submit this review in their presence to ensure it was positive.

The hotel was quiet and located in a convenient location. The staffs are very kind with rich hospitalities in particular receptionist. I will be staying here if there is another opportunity. I think the hotel cleans up twice a day and this seems too much.

I have stayed twice at Arabella Residence in New Cairo and third time, have arranged family to stay. All times I've had very good experiences. The ambiance, service, and facilities were all outstanding. The rooms are cleaned daily. There are two options for the breakfast--International or Egyptian. The hotel is conveniently located near Arabella Plaza Mall. Third time, I arranged my family to stay at the Arabella Residence and their services--including promptly answering my questions as such as online payment was every helpful.

Bad experience with us. Won’t come here again in the future. The hot workers who was noooooooooooooooooooooo nice to us, made us to feel soooooooooo bad and no satisfied. For us, here is one only woest hotel for my friends. The points we didn’t like everyone’s service aditude! Won’t come to here againnnnnnnnn!!!

The electricity cut off for 2-3 hours minimum a day they don't refund and they took extra charge for a service that they don't give details for However it's too expensive and not a place you can relax in their rooms they charged me 70$ for nothing I knew about they call it service

I enjoyed my stay at Arabella Residence. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to amenities making it easy to get around and also visit close by places. I highly recommend

the room is very big and friendly service，breakfast comes lots of food. the staff are exallant .Mr Osama is a great man I want to thank him for every thing. They help me at every thing the hotel is very clean and very tidy.for sure I will come back again

My stay at Arabella residence exceeded expectation, from the moment I arrived the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!! The room was great, it was very clean and the furniture was all great. They also had a big tv which was great for me. The bathrooms were great and extremely clean, I was serviced at all hours and was provided with all the things I needed at any time. The staff was incredibly helpful and my room was cleaned everyday. The location is also great!! It is close to everything you need in the area. I would definitely recommend Arabella residence for anyone coming to cairo and is in need of a nice and cozy serviced apartment.
