Recently renovated building with 4 units; 2 on each level. Almost 700 sq foot private one bedroom apartment suite with vast windows for sufficient sunlight. Window treatment is also present for those requiring a darker ambiance, with black out curtains in the bedroom. Your suite is just adorable and known by guests as being "beyond clean" and simply homey and inviting, ideal for a small family. You will be assigned suite 1E or an available suite, all of which are recently renovated and near identical. Coin laundry is the only thing that is shared but has light traffic. All else [with the exception of the main entry to the actual building] is indeed private and the entry door to your apartment suite is for your entry only. The building is monitored by audio/video surveillance [in common areas only.] This is a secure, quiet building primarily housing traveling professionals. It is Not at all ideal for partying and is most ideal for a single traveler or couple. Because we are near a hospital, sirens may be heard periodically but a sound sleep is expected; there should be no interference in your rest no matter the time of day or night you choose to sleep.
