Marriott is one of the famous brand name in the world but very affordable room rate .Recommended to stay with them next time

We checked in for a work trip and spent the majority of our time outside the room for an office visit. We didn’t even turn the TV on, yet after checking out, we were hit with a $600 charge. When we called to clarify, the hotel claimed we broke the TV, saying it looked like it had been smashed with a golf club, something they’ve apparently seen happen before. The idea that someone on a work trip would destroy a TV without any proof is ridiculous. Be cautious when staying here—you might end up being charged for something you didn’t do.

Place seems pretty new and well maintained. They were upgrading WiFi so when I tried to check in the system was down. Olivia from the front desk got me a bottle of water and told me to wait in the Bistro to area She then proceeded to manually get my room set up so I could make a Teams meeting. Great service Morning Bistro attendant very pleasant and personable. Comfortable hotel , close to highways and restaurants/bars

Newer property with good amenities and Amazing staff. My only complaint is lacking cleanliness in hallways and some other areas. Our room was clean though. We enjoyed the bar area with morning coffe and food items you pay for. Will stay here again.

Pros: Newer property and a safe area Cons: Refused to switch us to a room with a balcony saying none were available. There was a vacant room with a balcony across the hall I saw being cleaned and they refused to move me to the balcony room because they”didn’t want to clean two rooms.” This one move could’ve prevented a huge problem as at 4:30am the window to our room which was ajar, flew open inward, smashing into the HVAC unit and scaring the heck out of my partner and I. When we spoke to a staff member about it at checkout, she said she was staying overnight in the next room it woke her up. She apologized profusely and she promised we wouldn’t be charged. The next day I woke up to 2 new $250 charges on my card for a prepaid room for damage to the window and I’m still fighting to get it back. These windows are a safety issue and need to be marked or labeled that they could potentially fall inward causing bodily harm. I’d avoid this hotel as the staff obviously care more about the bottom line than they do customer service and safety. I’ve reached out to the owner so hopefully he cares more about his business than his employees do.

This is a newer Courtyard by Marriott hotel. If you've stayed in one, you've stayed in most. It's good for a short stay. I had no interaction with the staff as the Marriott app worked flawlessly with check-in and check-out happening via the app as well as the phone working as my key. The room was functional,clean, and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint was the noisy AC.

Our first visit - 2 night stay - put in room 220, a suite, (probably cause hubby has titanium status with Bonvoy?) with double balconies overlooking front lot/entrance to hotel. Housekeeping really didn't prep this room: bathroom had a strong mildew/urine odor. Water pressure & hot water fine, but just one (1) sink for a "suite" room? 2 air conditioning units. One right next to only bed in suite, so cold air blows right on top of bed. Uncomfortable. The other a/c unit was in the other side of suite, a long L shaped room. It made a high pitch noise so we shut it off. Noticeable handprints on wardrobe cabinet in first room - entire room needs a deep cleaning. Building is quiet and staff at coffee bar are very friendly. If I return to this property, I will not take the suite upgrade.

Beautiful red brick outside and beautifully renovated, clean, spacious property. Staff, starting with Taylor, on the phone, setting up wedding block, is so professional, kind, and efficient! All staff were courteous, pleasant, prompt, and efficient. Maids were so kind and flexible. Every request was tended to promptly. The Starbucks counter and lobby cafe were delicious, convenient, and popular. Tell them to hold back just a bit on the vinaigrette dressing for the avocado toast (AMAZING)! Breakfast bowls, breakfast sandwiches, etc. so good. Bartenders so nice in the evenings. Loved our stay here. You will too! Fire pit and lounge area out back are perfect. Lobby is so spacious, clean, but also provides private tables with semi-walls.

Pros: Fire pit area nice for family/friends to gather as well as indoor lobby. Clean rooms. Cons: Room door lock at times tricky to activate with room card. The lock would get stuck. Cons: Windows not meant to open should be marked as such. They are a safety hazard! Our adult son and his partner woke to the sounds of shattering glass in the middle of the night. The window had fallen out into their room. Fortunately no one was injured. At checkout he received an apology and told he wouldn’t be charged for the window. After he checked out, an additional $500 in charges for damages appeared on his credit card. When asking management about this charge, he was treated rudely. The management has refused to reverse the charges. I would think a reputable hotel would compensate a guest for this stressful and dangerous experience, not charge them for it! My family and I will not be booking Marriott Courtyard for future travel based on this experience.
