Overall the hotel is good. The rooms are large, the beds are pretty comfortable - a little hard for us but thats just personal choice, everywhere is clean, and the location is brilliant as its right on the beautiful beach. The bedrooms need redecorating and the carpets either cleaned or replaced, new towels, and maybe an extra couple of lights in the corridors as we found it a bit disconcerting having to walk in the dark for short periods when going to our room. We always chose to go with bed and breakfast as we like to support the local cafes and restaurents, and we were glad that we did as we didnt enjoy the breakfasts. There was plenty of choice but everything was tepid, we ate in one evening but found the meal a bit tasteless. There was a kettle in the room with coffee and tea sachets but they werent replaced once we used them. We would return to this hotel

Hotel very dated and in desperate need of a refurbishment, towels old and yellow , carpet in room disgusting covered in stains , curtains had holes in them , good points - comfy beds , lovely sea view , great location , nice pool area . Staff friendly enough. Breakfast not really for the English palette, coffee awful, we took our own coffee and tea and had drinks in the room . Would not stay here again, don’t be fooled by the pictures, pick a different hotel

Just spent a week at this hotel and cannot fault the hotel for location right on the beach and the sea was amazing. The hotel itself is very clean room got cleaned every day rest of hotel clean also. Lovely view from the terrace we also had a sea view room which was worth the extra money. We did have a couple of issues air stopped working and hairdryer was broke I did mention this to out in resort rep and between him and the manager all got sorted, they couldn’t fix the hairdryer so went out and got us one 100%on customer service. Staff friendly and the drinks especially the cocktails were amazing would recommend this hotel.

Right on the beach with a lift straight down to it. Large room with a fridge. Beautiful sea view. Everything was spotless. Staff were friendly. Plentiful breakfast with lots of choice. Location was great. Only drawback fir me was hotel was a bit pricy for drinks.

Lovely hotel, really comfy beds, large rooms with the best view of the beach. Really good location for nessebar Town. Could not fault it. Right on Beach. Lift went straight down. Breakfast plentiful but not allways hot but there is a microwave.

Hotel well is very well situated. Wonderful sea views. Within good walking distance of the Old Town. Good choice for breakfast. Room kept clean. Excellent shower. Bus stop within 100m, which is ideal for trips to other parts of the Black Sea area.

Where do I begin? Location couldn’t be better. We had a sea view and at times felt we were on a cruise ship the sea was so near. Rooms were slightly dated but clean good size plenty of hot water and air con very efficient. Never had a problem getting a sunbed by the very small pool. Sunbeds and umbrella for two were equivalent to £12 per day on beach. Beach got very busy but presume you could always get one. Breakfast for me was very poor. My husband likes salad so was fine. Hot food was cold and we were encouraged to use microwave to warm it up! To us the staff were the let down apart from a couple of exceptions they were very sullen never smiled and weren’t interested in their guests. We were not alone in this opinion. Not sure if it is a Balkan culture but 90% of people in general never smiled said please or thank you and certainly didn’t make you feel welcome in their country. There was no happy holiday vibes at all. We holiday all over the world and have to be honest in saying we have never been anywhere with this attitude before. We spoke to Germans with the same opinion on service being NIL. Such a shame as beaches are fabulous but we would never come back.

The rooms were adequate maybe a little tired but were kept very clean. Breakfast was more than adequate- plenty of choice both sweet and savoury. I had a few lunches which were very reasonably priced, well presented and very enjoyable. The location is excellent with numerous restaurants and bars close by and the beautiful old town of Nessebar only 15 minutes walk. The massage lady Petya was excellent I arrived stressed and tired, however I left with a new body, a new face and very relaxed. I had excellent service from most of the staff but the bartender Galla and waitress Lili provided above and beyond. The lovely receptionist (unfortunately I don’t have her name) was also very helpful regarding pointing me in the right direction and giving advice as to what was worth seeing. All in all this hotel is value for money, in an excellent location and the standard of massage is worth experiencing.

Great location walkable distance to restaurants and centre. We had a sea view room lovely views and very peaceful .Room clean and spacious. Breakfast was ok plenty of choice. Not many sun beds around the pool area if your wanting a chill day. Was perfect for what we wanted.
