Sunrise Blue Magic Resort - All Inclusive

For me everything was perfect, good organized, good food and even if it was full, it does not feel full ! Local drinks as expected but interesting cocktails so it was ok! For the price, this is the best hotel that i find and stayed so far ! 10/10, nothing ti complain and for sure i will come back !

Ok then as usual let’s get the bad bits out of the way and if I honest I’m struggling to find any. Firstly the location is a bit remote ( i knew this before I went but some people might not). There's a small shop on site and a supermarket less than a mile down the road but that’s it. There is a mini bus that runs from the hotel to Obzor just a 10 minute drive every hour for 2 Lev each which we done twice. Secondly and this is the same for everywhere I go lately and that the food is a bit hit and miss. Quite a varied selection most of the time but never more than luke warm. Thirdly is some of the staff are not what you would call over friendly (maybe I've been spoilt going to Turkey and North Africa) but same could be said for the majority of the guests there. Maybe it’s an Eastern European thing but you would never get a thank you or smile for letting someone pass. I had some cleaner shouting at me outside the toilet and pointing to one of the cubicles, still no idea what she was on about, I hadn’t even got in there yet. The usual Muppets are out putting their towels on the loungers at 8 in the morning, heaven knows why because we never struggled to get a lounger regardless of what time of day we went to the pool. Ok so the good bits. Although most of the staff were miserable there were some exceptions. The lady on the reception was lovely, pleasant and helpful along with some of the Restaurant staff especially the set menu place. The young lad doing the entertainment didn’t stop all day and always cheerful and awesome with the kids. The fridge was stocked with a few drinks items which were very much appreciated after a long trip. The rooms were modern looking and pretty clean although the bed sheets looked like they could be replaced. The pool area was lovely and clean. There was around 10 cleaners every morning cleaning the area before people went down. We chose the sea view room which we thought was well worth the upgrade, sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach in the morning and evening was fantastic. They also have security on site and although it was very peaceful and didn’t see any issues it was also reassuring to see them there. There is a private beach with a bar just outside the grounds which again was really clean. Apart from going back for a bite to eat we pretty much spent the day there. I looked at booking for the same time next year but unfortunately TUI want an extra £300 per person for reasons unknown to me so unfortunately probably won’t return. Just to note you can only have beer from the beach bar, everything else requires payment and after 4pm there is also a charge for the beer.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, stunning straight onto the beach. Our room was beautiful, very spacious. A couple of water slides at the side of the main pool leading into their own little pool. There is a beach bar where you can get a beer or soft drink until 6 pm, then you have to pay for them. Sunbeds are free on the beach from the hotel. There is plenty of food all the time, the main restaurant, the snack bar, and a pastry room. At 10 pm, they put some cobs and chips in the pastry room. They have their own bus service up to Ozbor for 2 Lev. If you're looking for a tranquil break, this is definitely the hotel for you, if your looking for something more chaotic, then this hotel isn't for you. I will definitely be returning here.

Don’t book this hotel The food is an absolute disgrace I’m 52 years old travelled many countries with TUI over the years and this hotel is the worst food ever due to being served cold not even warm I have contacted TUI rep and restaurant manager in our 3 rd day nothing as improved. The o my words I can say is don’t book this hotel !!!

If you like a beach full of grass and weeds, weeds around the pool area then come here, ants everywhere, no steps for pool, just one big bit to get it and out, Raw Chicken on buffet, literally all pork as well, desserts were ok, hotel is nice, but bear in my mind most staff are Kurds and don't understand English at all, reception are excellent though and will try and help, the majority of staff are miserable, the resort is literally full of ignorant Romanians that are so rude, never again

Initial expectations were met. The hotel seemed basic and clean. Unfortunately as the week went on we encountered a lot of issues with pram access / the food and cleanliness. Several operations weren’t working or seemed non existent despite being told the hotel offered these amenities. The hotel seemed short staffed. Very disappointing stay.
