very nice and cosy hotel, room was very big and clean, the hotel is not far from city center. the owner and the stuff were so nice and helpful. Couldn't use the pool it was too cold but it looks nice and perfect for summer time. I recommend about this hotel from all aspects

A mid-size hotel, offers all you need, quite large rooms, clean, with all the amenities you wish. On the ring road, that saves you the parking hassle, The owners and staff are very friendly and eager to assist you with your trip. Breakfast is luxurious with all the pies and pastries for which the city is famous.

Good sized room with a very comfy bed. The ceiling shower was amazing with massive water pressure. The hotel has lovely furnishings and interesting pieces of artwork and decoration. The breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from. As for the owners and staff, well I can't praise them enough. They are incredibly kind, caring and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went out of their way to help me during my stay. They even offered me the use of their lounge and amenities after my stay had finished if I so needed. Absolutely fantastic hosts.

We stayed at the hotel for the second time for the first time 5 years ago, the hotel remains an excellent hotel, the room is large, beautiful and very spacious, the hotel staff goes out of their way to help and advise, a varied and tasty breakfast, a really recommended hotel

A great hotel with excellent service and quality...Mr Alkis at the reception was very helpful in organizing our day trips as well as recommend us the best places to eat in Ioanina...There is no dought that my family and I will be back once again in the future 😀

A true boutique hotel ran by a family for families. We arrived to the Golden Suites & SPA in Ioannina as part of an extended family get-together in Greece as a group of 8. To put aside the facilities (which were more than satisfactory) the main feature and gem of this hotel was the staff operating it. For 4 days we did not hear the word "No" and all of our requests (and there were quite a few of them) were granted. Even when the later required some 'logistical acrobatics' from the owners. They absolutely went the extra mile for us. Their local knowledge and true desire to make our vacation enjoyable absolutely did it. Looking on the location of the hotel on the map, a 10 minute drive from the city center, might deter some, but when put aside the nicely appointed and spacious rooms, the homely breakfast buffet and above all the hospitality of the staff and owners, we are happy we chose the Golden Suites. Thank You. We will certainly return!
