Stylish new town house with a beach feel to suit its location. Large sliding doors with deck access for outdoor dining. Ideally situated close to Tahunanui beach and all it has to offer with a large park across the road, playground and other outdoor activities. A short walk to bars and restaurants. This is a two level townhouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs and kitchen/dining/living upstairs. Fully equipped kitchen with open plan dining living with wide sliding doors onto a balcony. There are two bedrooms one with a king bed and ensuite and one with a super king and separate bathroom. In February 2023 we will have the option of a king bed and two singles. Linen is included, however we ask that you pay a cleaning fee of $60 for your stay.
