Well-equipped kitchen and big, open terrace. On cool evenings you can light the wood-burning stove, sit down and have a nice talk about your experiences of the day. There are satellite dish, Astra satellite and free internet access through ADSL broadband (bring own pc). If you wish to avoid the final cleaning of the house, you simply order it.
