Ayurveda Resort

Zero star . Using the term star isn’t even good enough for this resort. I booked two others friends from July 18, 2022. We asked for the date JULY 29th to August 2nd. We got a rate of $40 per nice we booked and pay the deposit the same day. When we arrived and I got to my room the evening I realized my AC wasn’t working I called Mr Moore cause he is the one we booked with. He said someone will sort it out in the morning or change my room. The next morning I reached out and only to hear the Manager that they secretly didn’t want me to know was manager said that’s why I got the room for that price. I then said so why my other two friends have AC and why am I the only one with a fan in my room. I went back and nothing was been done they came and said to get a room change I have to pay the original price how is that even possible I disagreed cause I’ve done so many years in the hotel industry and this isn’t something that I would approved of. They had me going crazy and shouting till I called my lawyer cause I was planning to sue to. The lady from the front desk said she informed the boss and that is that. I said okay then I’m still proceeding later in the evening several minutes to 5 a AC guy came and fixed it. Listen this is the worst resort ever and worst experience. Dirty room and the property had one dust broom which was old like it was sweeping the beach. Everything was horrible I’ve never seen my self wanting to go home like this before. I would never recommend they even threw out a disable girl clothes etc out her room and off property. Listen it’s the worst. The so called manger shout at her staff as if they were animal I’ve never seen this before even animals get better treatment . Worst service everthing I would never recommend or even go back

So we actually got marry here, beautiful place beautiful beach. First we where met by miss hazel who work at the front desk and she was so warm and welcoming that we where like wow this is the spot but then miss hazel left and we had to deal with her replacement which did not bring the same energy not going to call her name but she was the opposite of miss hazel. Any who we had some minors but for most the evening was breathtaking.
