房間很好，環境優美，床很舒服，衞生也非常好，房間有陽台，安靜，有停車場，早餐很豐富，性價比也很高：）

Nice hotel, located in one of Athens’ most sought-after and posh suburbs, Ekali. The rooms are not particularly spacious. The way the shower works is pretty odd. Delicious breakfast. The Front Office Manager, Mr Stamatis Karageorgiou, was very professional. Ms Marita Remoundou provided an amazing list of tourist attractions in Athens. Mr Spyros (restaurant) was very courteous and helpful. Mr Panagiotis and the rest of the staff were pretty much all over the place and seemed to lack experience. Also, a server should never pick up a glass with their fingers inside the bowl. According to serving etiquette, one should always hold a glass by the stem or base to maintain hygiene and avoid leaving fingerprints on the rim.

We visited as a family with other families with friends. Kids cinema ticket is 20 euros per ticket including a meal-box, which was junk food. Chips and chicken nuggets. The restaurant area is beautiful and has a lovely atmosphere but service was chaotic and it wasn’t even full. They forgot our salad, our pizza, everything was being served from a different person and each item was being served separately. Totally overpriced, aperol spritz was 13 euros which is totally crazy as this is an apperitif and should be accompanied by some kind of tappas, also this is generally never above 7-8 euros. Pizza was mediocre, salad was mediocre. Overall value for money is a NO.

My colleague and I both booked rooms via our work online booking system. When we arrived, my colleague had a lovely room on the 2nd floor with balcony, and I was sent to a conference centre room at the back and quite a long walk (2 elevators) from the reception. My first room was very hot and the room had a very musty smell. I tried to call reception to change my room but the phone would to connect. I then walked back to reception and asked to change my room, which they kindly agreed to. I also asked why my colleague was given a room on the 2nd floor but no real reason was given, other than allocation. I was then given an alternative room, again back down to the conference centre. At this point, I had to leave for a meeting so did not have time to change again. The room was very basic and the curtains did not fit the window. I travel a great deal for work and was very disappointed in this hotel. I’m surprised that I was not offered an upgrade as I would have paid the extra…

The hotel is nice but I was assigned a room in the basement with no natural light and specifically designed for people with difficulty in walking. So I had an open shower that flooded all the bathroom and the water was also too much cold to have a shower. Bringing the case to the receptionist she said that the hotel was fully booked but I would have appreciated to be informed before and to have the chance to choose if it was ok to me. I think this will be the first and the last time in this hotel for me.

The staff were super friendly, and the rooms were comfy and well-kept. I really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the little extras that made my stay feel special. It’s a great spot if you’re looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It's definitely worth checking out!

Just finished our trip in Greece. We stayed in Kifissia, in this beautiful and lovely hotel. Everyone was always kind and helpful from the start to the finish. Both my husband and my kids loved it. Reception was always smiling and answering our questions without a doubt.Panagiotis and Marita, lovely people. Restaurant was magnificent and the food/drinks were lovely. We spend most of our time with Giannis and Konstantina on the afternoon . Both of them were always very kind and quick to our needs and orders,even though their plate was always full with people. They give the restaurant what it needs. We also spent a little time with another waiter, I believe his name was Stavros or something similar. He was the opposite of what the previous waiters were and that kind of ruined our experience in the restaurant.He was also rude sometimes both to us and his fellow coworkers. The housekeeping ladies were full of love and kindness and our rooms were always clean. Overall 4.9/5 experience. We will sure return again.

Such a warm welcome! The staff couldn’t have been nicer. Lovely dinner sitting under the trees and great breakfast. Comfortable and well set out room. Such a pleasure to stay there, in a nice suburb, having flown into Athens and en route to Nafplio.

This lovely quiet hotel is off the beaten path in a nicer area of town. It is so quiet yet very contemporary in style and comfort. I am glad we stayed here for a business event. The event center was connected and we were also part of a tour that my husband was hosting/guide for. The beds were firm yet comfortable. I am one to love my morning coffee and it was a delight to have actual glass coffee cup and saucer. The food was excellent and the choice for a buffet breakfast was also very fresh and the variety was great. The coffee bar was also very friendly and accommodating. Everything about this hotel lets me know that they care and are there for you. I will come here again if I am in Athens again.

This hotel is located further from Athens city. However if your on business trip no prob . The hotel looks like a french hotel stay with balcony . Room is perfect and comes with large varieties of breakfast. When i checked in i was greet with yummy macaroon in the room. thank you for the hospitality

Clean and spacious rooms. Very good breakfast. Excellent location if you are spending most of your time in the Northern suburbs of Athens. Definitely the best thing was the first class customer service by all of the staff. Everyone was always eager to make you feel right at home. Special mention to front desk Manager Ioanna, singlehandedly elevated our experience.

I spent 3 pleasurable nights at the Kastri Domotel in Athens. It was clean, quiet with lots of options at breakfast. The staff was also professional and friendly. They helped out with interpreting, recommending places. Thanks to Theo and his colleague for a wonderful stay.

Stayed here for 3 weeks Great room at front with balcony. Good selection of food for breakfast and evening meals. All staff were wonderful especially the waiters and reception. Enjoyed being able to sit in the shade in the gardens.
