Naxos Green Village Hotel

The ultimate relax, disconnect right in the edge of Naxos Town ( Chora). Serene and so quiet. So easy to forget where you are! Such a Lovely property and absolutely amazing staff!! ! So very kind and went out of their way to ensure a perfect stay! The rooms are just like photos. The decor is really lovely so very clean and well serviced. So very serene and peaceful you forget where you are. Only 10 min walk into the hussel and bustle of town. Gorgeous property. Truly lovely. Only downside: It is not finished. Seems still building some of it. It will be incredible once it is completed. The Pantry restaurant ( on the hotel premises but not part of the hotel) needs to stay open later for dinner or at least set hours and room service would be a plus as not everyone wants to walk into to town to get dinner after a long hot day of touring etc otherwise, not many option to eat; however, upon checkout, I found out the hotel would have called for a food delivery from any of the local restaurants ( recommend: tell that to clients upon arrival)

Reading the reviews on here,I thought I would be stepping into an amazing hotel when i booked 4 days at the hotel....unfortunately it's not quite there and the place needs a bit of improvement as it could be an exceptional stylish place to stay. Let's start with the negatives. The rooms are set within extensive grounds however, they lack any garden landscaping instead it looks very bare with dusty patches where planting should be. The pool looks modern with nice sunbeds but unfortunately they are dirty. This could have something to do with the fact the pool is next to a busy road which ruins the ambience with cars and motorbikes zooming past. The rooms are stylishly decorated but lack any storage. A small wardrobe but no where to put empty bags or cases. An no storage in the bathroom to put toiletries. Plus we had 1 wine glass between 2 of us and ripped bedding. Now the positives. The Pantry was great for breakfast with great coffee, the staff were very friendly and the port and restaurants, bars and shops were within a short walk. Given the above and the price we paid average rating is a fair rating but it could be so much more. The positives

There are good things about this hotel: The location The pool The pantry ( restaurant) Unfortunately there are many things it needs to improve on: The room looked nice on first glance but no showers gel etc, the shower floods the bathroom, the tv didn’t work ( no internet), the bug screen was broken, only 2 of everything but there was 3 of us ( a de lux room for 3), had to chase the room to be cleaned No pool towels for the pool The massage at the spa was very poor Overall for €250 a night I expect more I wouldn’t recommend, there had to be nicer for this price Very much 3 star

Great stay at Naxos Village Hotel! Walking distance from the port and nearby bus stop. Very welcoming and helpful staff…beautiful pool area and very clean. Transfer services by Petro were very much appreciated ! Would definitely recommend and go back !

We had a fabulous time at the Naxos Village Hotel! Perfect position, great rooms, beautiful pool, professional and friendly staff plus it was nice and quiet. Very convenient to drive out of the city too for exploring - or a walk down to the port.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. My room was very comfortable and had wonderful air conditioning. The pool was beautiful and the location was great and only a five minute walk to town. The service was also great, any questions or requests I had were responded to very quickly. I would highly recommend
