Vegan Hotel la Vimea

The hotel is set in a valley with beautiful Mountain View’s. We stayed in the Sun room which overlooked the tranquil hotel garden which has been thoughtfully designed with trees shrubs and a natural swimming pool. Flowers and herbs are grown in the garden. You see the staff picking them ready for the dinner and table decoration that evening. The staff are extremely professional and attentive, as well as fun and friendly. Valeria the manager, has created an excellent energy in the hotel using natural materials, incorporating sustainability and seasonal food. The facilities are superb. The food is delightful, the chef and her team are exceptional at what they do. It’s truly an art. The Yoga teacher that visits is very knowledgeable as-well as the masseuse. We will be returning next year to do more hiking and cycling in the area and to feel totally spoiled at La Vimea! Thank you to all the staff. ❤️

Such a wonderful place, nice staff, beautiful athmosphere, really peacefull surroundings! The food is SUBLIME! All organic and vegan, the breakfast buffet had so much to offer, there's something there for everyone. The 5 course dinner is hard to describe how tasty and beautiful it looked. We dined out on the terrace as the weather was nice. We liked the room, spacious, modern, nice interior. We ordered a lunch to go, to take on a hike. Yet again delicious. If you want to treat yourself, this is the place to go!

Beautiful stay from start to finish. Staff are amazing. Hotel is perfectly situated with extremely clean & comfortable rooms. Pool, sauna etc all spotless & welcoming. Outdoor forest pool was an experience, along with the forest sauna. Forest bathing & yoga classes were fabulous. Now onto the food. Almost speachless. Such an amazing array of flavours brought together magnificently by the chef. For me, being vegan, having such a gourmet experience was wonderful. My partner, non-vegan, was extremely impressed too. Lots to see & do in the surrounding area. Will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Perfect from end to beginning! Great place, sublime facilities, nice and clean. Amazing staff who took their time to small talk and do everything to make you feel super comfortable. Excellent vegan food breakfast, lunch, lunchbox for hiking/biking, dinner. Will definitely come back!

Just returned from our third visit to this amazing hotel which really is the best, we love it! The food is incredible and they always cater really well for my husband's gluten free requirements too. The chef is a magician with such a natural ability to combine flavours and textures to create the very best food we've ever experienced. The staff are all friendly and helpful, the ethos is admirable, the location is perfect! We even had free transport cards from the hotel so that we could explore the area by train or bus. We know we're so lucky to have stayed here three times now and are already trying to work out when we can re-visit! Perfect in every way.

We are thrilled about La Vimea: the exeptionally friendly and well trained staff, the delicious and beautiful vegan dinner and breakfast, the hotel with great view, the rooms, garden and wellness area are built and decorated with such wonderful taste. During our week in La Vimea we became more and more rested feeling surrounded with care and beauty.
