一個非常不好的經歷，房間有蜘蛛，同前台講，笑容說些會處理，但是沒有人處理。自助餐好似監獄放飯，非常不好，菜式非常少及簡單，溫泉更可怕，塵埃成尺厚。

住了2晚，各方便也很不錯，最驚喜是湯溫泉是無料預約先到先得，環境非常舒適，放題晚餐很不錯，這個價錢絕對超值，絕對是可以再次入住的酒店。

ちょっとレトロなホテルで、自分が泊まった旧館のお部屋は、電話が黒電話でした。 半日くらいのツアーをやっていたり、ロビーで朝市をやっていたり、栃木や小山までの送迎をしていたり、色んなサービスをしているのが印象的でした。 この値段でよ**こまでやってくれるなぁ、と。 お風呂はどれも良かったです。貸し切り風呂以外は24時間入れます。 7つの扉が並んだ貸し切り風呂は、見た目からしてワクワクしました。 食事はカレーやもつ煮など、特に豪華ではありませんがのんびりと美味しくいただけて満足です。ソフトクリームが美味しかった。 塩原温泉には見どころがいっぱいあって、全部は見きれなかったのでまた行って、こちらに泊まりたいです。

仕事のついでに宿泊しました。 建物は年季が入っていますし、アメニティなど随所に節約精神が見られ、朝夕のブッフェもショボいですが、一泊あたりの単価を考えれば仕方ないでしょう。 むしろよく頑張っていると思いますね。 温泉は申し分なく、旅の疲れを癒すことができました。 宿泊した日は少し吹雪いていたため、屋上にある露天風呂を利用できなかったのが心残りです。 （源泉掛け流し加温なしなので、一定以下の気温だと風邪引くほど冷えてしまうそうです） ただ一点…一階の貸切露天風呂が上層階から丸見えで、少々驚きました。
