The bedroom is like a little coffin and so is the bathroom. Very dated but it’s an airport hotel so not expecting much. The bed and pillows were comfy and the aircon worked well but I would bring ear plugs. The sound from other rooms is not bad but if you’re a light sleeper, you may hear it. Cleanliness wasn great - there was rubbish bits (old plastic from bottle caps) on the floor and hair in different spots in the bathroom. The restaurant at level 17 had a surprisingly nice beef hotpot (though pricey at 6500Yen), but the sake was nice. Staff at the restaurant were 10/10. The shuttle bus to the airport runs once or twice an hour but if you miss it (like me), an Uber can cost 2000Yen between the airport and hotel. It did feel like there was an earthquake at 3am as the bed started rocking - initially I thought it was a train but I’m pretty sure it was a mini quake. Overall, it’s nice enough for a 12 hour layover. I chose not to take the shuttle to the mall as was a little tired but there is that option if you prefer it.

Nice hotel, a little bit outdated, but the amenities and rooms were very nice and suitable. The beds were typical Japanese style (aka hard) but the room was very spacious and the water pressure was really good. Also convenient airport drop-off

Amazing stay. Shuttle bus should be running more frequently. On the bright side, is the gym open 24hrs.

This is perfect if you’re staying before your flight, for this price, the room is super specious and they have free shuttle to the airport.

A five-star hotel at four-star prices. I splurged for a king standard room and it is worth the small extra charge. The bed was superb, the pillows soft, and I achieved epic slumbers. The bathtub filled quickly although the water pressure in the sink and shower was low. Quiet rooms and all amenities made for a restful stay after a week of economy ski lodges. The breakfast was superb with made-to-order poached eggs, a bowl of sliced avocados to add to the salad, kimchee to eat with the natto, and all the delicious breakfast foods I could imagine, except there was no smoked salmon. I got such a good price I almost felt guilty.

Near to airport, free shuttle bus to airport. Very convenience especially for those morning flight.

Last stop before heading back. Room size is big, amenities provided were top notch. Even though room seems a little old but it’s alright for us. Breakfast was good as usual. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Will stay again for next trip.

Great location if you want to get all the travel out of the way and have an early flight the next day. Free shuttle to the airport which is less than 10 minutes drive. Awesome buffet

location of this hotel is excellent, however the hotel is a bit old, and seems not as clean

Near narita airport and narita station can go to eel shop easily

These folks are so nice. You can check out late for a small fee. We’re checking out at 5pm for our 9pm flight

Free shuttle bus is a plus to stay in this hotel! Good services from driver that sending our IPad last minutes to airport before we took off! Highly recommended !
