I had a very long flight from Australia, and stayed at your hotel because today I have another very long flight to the USA, so I chose a Hilton Hotel because I REALLY needed a decent night of sleep.
The problem is: this morning AT 5:45am (!) I received a WAKE UP CALL that I haven’t asked for!!!!! It really ruined my only chance to have some rest.
It is ridiculous, and as an old Hilton Customer, who has been staying in your hotels all over the world (I have chosen Hilton in places like Brazil, South Africa, United States, London, China, just to name few), and Hilton Honors member, I want to formalize my disgust with this situation.
Nobody pays Hilton’s price if we want Ibis’s services, and to be honest this morning you performed worse than Ibis.
