This is a very nice and clean capsule hotel to stay if you are transit here. And it is very near to the KS line station and convenient store.They even provide short nap and shower services. Ideal for solo travellers.

It's a bit hard to find, but you go down the escalator from the arrivals floor like you're going to the train, but pass the train and the shops, go through the glass door, up the escalator and then turn around. It's right there. It's very efficient inside - locker room to store your bags with your own key to a locked locker. A hall of sinks and toilets. A hall of showers. They give you a towel, a dressing gown, and a toothbrush with paste. You get ready for bed, then find your capsule, crawl in and sleep. There's an outlet and adjustable light inside the capsule. I suggest an eye mask and earplugs. Much like a hostel (but with much more privacy) you can hear the people around you and although the light is VERY dim, it's not black out.

For the price, it's a great spot if you have a connecting flight or have to wait for another form of transport Everything you need including silence 🤫 Surprising it's a big plus. It has all the basic amenities you’ll need — bath and face towels, a night gown, toothpaste and toothbrush, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. Inside the capsule, you’ll find one pillow and a blanket. It’s actually quite spacious, I would say. Just remember to bring a universal adapter and there’s only one power outlet available. No food is allowed inside, only water. However, there’s an open space outside where you can pack your meals and eat. If you get the package with breakfast, they’ll give you a Starbucks gift card worth 1,000 yen. Just a heads up — Starbucks only opens at 7am, so if you have an early flight, you might not be able to use it.

The location is great if you arrived to Narita in the arrival hall level, if you come from city to stay the night, it’s very confusing and limited directions to the hotel from departure hall level. There is no common rest area in this branch so you cannot eat here. They provide basic amenities like tooth brush and towels. But no cup to brush in the morning, inconvenient. The bed and pillow is very hard to sleep on, the capsule is not very clean as in you can see black spots on the wall. Overall people are considerate and not talking but it’s very noisy as people come and goes and always using the hair dryer all night round. I think I will not book again as it’s not a good experience and I did not get a good sleep due to the stiff pillow and bedding.

Convenient, comfortable and quiet for when the need to stay in the airport to catch the next day flight.

Excellent format👌. It's comfortable enough to spend the night. Excellent shower area. The capsules have a curtain. Stylish dressing gowns. There is no common area for men and women in the hotel. You will pay a commission for changing the booking. Unfortunately, I don't remember if there was charging in the capsule.It seemed very quiet

It’s a cool place to hop on for a night or stop over in Tokyo Narita airport. Easy to find, provided necessary amenities. They have regulations that you can’t talk loudly or let your phone ring loudly etc inside the pods, which is great. Provide lockers to keep your stuff, separate toilets and shower area. Only issue is since there is no door in the pods, it’s a bit noisy, especially you hear drawing of the pod curtains by your fellow neighbours all night.

A horrible case of snoring that seemed unbearable and quite unbelievable happened. Because I needed to wait for the alarm, using ear plugs was not a good idea.

It’s perfect for who have early flight or arrive very late at night. Opposite Terminal 2 (only 5 mins walk)

This place is very clean and convenient, and more comfortable than many capsule hotels. The locker fit all three pieces of my luggage and they let me have a drink in there too. The Starbucks breakfast voucher was helpful too. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Narita 👌
