We got the lovely queen room with the bath, the room look led exactly like the picture and it had a 75inch tv! All the staff were amazing and helpful and breakfast was decent with hot and cold selection! there was two issues we had on our short stay.
1. We had no electricity for 5/6 hours this was a bit annoying as we couldn’t charge any of our devices especially since we had work and it hit 40c in the room so extremely hot. It seemed that it was only one side of the hotel with no electricity (the buildings are old but we did pay for a premium room) it would have been nice to be offered extended check out for inconvenience
2. Leaving luggage - it was great that we could leave our luggage to explore Pompeii however we were told someone was coming to put it somewhere safe, when we returned the bags were left in the same spot right next to an accessible door it would have been devastating to have our belongings taken

駅から近く便利です。
近くではアフリカ人が溜まっている場所がありますが
問題なく、夜間は警察官と軍人が多くパトロールしているため安全です。
部屋はコンパクトですが開放感があります。
バスルームも換気扇があるため湿気がこもらず快適でした。
朝食は定番のハムチーズなどの他
トマトサラダやサンドイッチなどもあり美味しくいただきました。

This hotel deserves only 2 stars not 4. I dont understand how they got 4 stars!!! When we entered in the reception hall everything was luxury and the people who worked there were dressed very nicely but after we payed for the room they gave us the keys and told us to go to the room. As soon as we left the reception the reality hit. The hotel is a very old building, the elevator in bad conditions its scary to use it, the toilet seat in the room was broken, the shower door had mold on it, the sheets did not look clean, and a bad smell was coming from the window. When we came in the hotel they were very nice to us but when we left they were rude. Learned our lesson. We will never pay for a hotel room again without looking at the room first, even if it stands 5 star hotel cause apparently stars don't mean anything.

Outstanding stay. Hotel was extremely clean, staff outstanding and helpful. Bed was so comfortable, shower very good. To top of a great stay, a very nice farewell and gift to tank us for staying. We highly recommend this hotel. Forgot to mention, just 2 minutes from train station.

During my stay the hotel shower door smashed when I tried to open it (it was clearly faulty) with a large release of energy showering shards of glass all over me and the bathroom floor. This resulted in cuts to my hands and feet ….. when I advised reception and asked for simple plasters to help deal with my cuts I was told there were none in the hotel. I also emailed the hotel formally to advise of the dangerous experience to ensure they would check the integrity of all other doors but have not received a reply. In addition to the negative experience associated with the shower door, there was also dangerous electrical wiring inside the shower area with exposed electrical cables open to water from the shower. Unsafe and a lack of care from the hotel

We were expecting a 'superior double room with city view' & were put in a standard double room with a view of the side street. Room was small with no storage. Hotel is listed as 4*, but has no restaurant, no bar & no access to any communal space. The only place to go was our room, & down to the basement for breakfast. On the plus side it did have useful access to train station & metro.

The most value for money hotel I have ever stayed. The neighborhood is not the best but you are near the main train station. The rooms are comfortable clean and big enough. Every day they change towels and make up the room and the breakfast has everything plus different pies every day. 15 minutes walking from the historic center.

This hotel is so beautiful the staff are amazing!! I honestly can not recommend this hotel enough. Receptionists are very helpful and you are made feel so welcome. We look forward to future visits here. Bus stop outside the hotel very convenient for sightseeing and close to the train station.
