I feel bad for all the good people of Naples who constantly feel the need to apologise for the disgustingly dishonest behaviour of their fellow napoletani, who earned their city the nickname 'the armpit of italy' and the management of this establishment is the personification of everything that is wrong with this culture that uses any means to rip off the next man. I, along with 6 other guests I have been told, had booked rooms for the night of the 50 Cent concert which was cancelled just two days before the show date of July 8th. I immediately contact the hotel and speak to the owner, who had the power to do whatever he felt was best but decided not to give refund, not to give a partial refund, but to charge me and apparently the other guest six guests who had booked the rooms then cancelled FULL PRICE, even though they were totally free to rent out those rooms. I had told him we had bus tickets and were going to do do a 17 hiour bus trip to see that concert and that we had already cancelled those bus tickets and had already lost money on them, but he insisted we should've come anyway just to see the city. Then he said that to have a refund we should've cancelled at least one week before, but that was also not feasible since, like I had stated, the show was only cancelled rwo days before. I tried being reasonable and hoping he had an ounce of compassion, empathy, basic human understanding, anything. It is my objective NOT to pay for being ripped off and have thus cancelled the card I had used to make the reservation. It's not enough to put on a fake a smile and say polite-sounding things while you do everything in your power to rip off the next man. Karma.

We had an unforgettable experience at Napoli Centro Suite and Spa. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness by Mattia,Isabel, and her lovely mother. They were not only incredibly gentle and friendly, but also very informative and helpful throughout our stay. They gave us excellent recommendations on places to visit—some of which we would have never discovered on our own—and guided us to fantastic local restaurants where we enjoyed authentic Neapolitan cuisine. Thanks to their suggestions and hospitality, our trip felt truly special and personal. The location of the accommodation is another big plus. It’s very convenient, just a short walk from the metro, which makes it easy to explore Naples whether you’re staying for a few days or a longer period. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. We truly recommend this lodging to everyone. If you’re planning to visit Naples, staying here will make your experience even more enjoyable. Thank you again to Isabel, her mother, and Mattia—you made us feel at home in Naples! Staff is amazing and so kind. Room was great, clean and updated. Located is right next to the Metro Line 1, which is very convenient. We loved our stay!

Location is perfect. There are many restaurants right next door but not too noisy. All staff were kind. Special thanks to Mattia. I loved the spa.
