Weekend a Napoli

剛住完！這家酒店超級不行！千萬不要相信推薦！！！！！！房間都是一股發黴的味道，好多蚊子，早餐品類少的可憐，咖啡絕對是速溶粉直接沖的，不知道它擺那些機子在那幹啥，最值得吐槽的是水果不新鮮！而且能做到每一天都不新鮮也是奇葩！！！！！！！！！！大家千萬不要被圖片騙了！！！！！！而且，寫着24小時前台其實本質就是民宿酒店，根本沒有什麼前台，簡直無語到了極點，攜程也並沒有告知需要提前在WhatsApp上加他們，打電話來後把賬號告知對方他們也不加我，結果到了之後房東第一時間就指責我們為什麼不提前聯繫吧啦吧啦的！圖省事在房東這裏訂了去龐貝的團，65歐/人，貴我就不説了，主要是那個接駁巴士亂七八糟的換車…………真的是一言難盡。一定要避雷！貓頭鷹還給他們高分推薦，簡直臉都不要了。我們一行三個人，住了三晚一樓的套房，圖2是摺疊床。都説歐洲水硬，但是你看看他們的壺，簡直要嘔了。房間也沒有任何水給你喝，要麼自來水要麼付費2.5歐………一般至少一瓶贈飲也是有的吧。建議攜程下架這家所謂的“酒店”，爛到底了。

This was a truly lovely and wonderful place to stay. The exterior has a well-kept and lovely garden area. And the house has a lovely Napoleon feel. Dr. Paolo and his lovely wife were gracious and helpful host. They were very informative about places to go in the area, such as restaurants, parks, and other activities. And also help me with my train tickets and directions to other trips, such as Capri. The rooms were very lovely with all the amenities that one would need for a short or even longer vacation. The home is also located close to the metro and other things that one would need such as supermarkets. I will definitely look forward to coming back and staying here. Thank you for your kindness and help.

Patrizia and Paulo are wonderful hosts always ready to advise, book and help plan any Napoli adventure. The apartments are very comfortable and the stay feels a little luxurious with the ample breakfast and a friendly conversation from either host. Thank you both for showing us the real people of Napoli up in the Volmero.

The hosts, Paolo & Patrizia, are wonderfully welcoming and helpful. We had a superb stay. They were very helpful, even joining us to some must-see sights in the city. The rooms are fabulous and breakfast top level. 100% satisfaction. We will return without a doubt.

My trip to Naples was a long time coming and when I booked Weekend a Napoli although it appeared to be exactly what I wanted, I knew it could go either way. I am a crazy SSC Napoli fan, grew up with Neapolitan culture and regional culture in my family and really wanted the opposite of a tourist experience. I wanted to feel like I was in a true home in Naples and that is exactly what I got. Patrizia & Paolo treated me like family and at the same time respected my privacy. They serve the only acceptable coffee ( KIMBO) every morning and will guide you to the most beautiful parts of the neighborhood of Vomero and city of Naples. I cannot express my gratitude to them and will bringing my family back very soon. Forza Napoli Sempre.

The concierge, Jay, was very nice and helpful showing us around and making us feel welcome. However, we did not feel the hosts were welcoming - they did not even smile at us and were cold and brief while answering questions - a far cry from what we expected from the other reviews that we read before booking. We felt unwelcome in their space. We had to provide an exact time for breakfast, which seemed unnecessary given the items served were only a few chewy slices of bread, processed cheese and fruit. We expected much more for the price and were quite disappointed overall. The hotel was secure and well locked. However, the room was small without any sunlight, which did not seem worth the high price. The bed was two twin beds joined together. Even though the room and bathroom were 'freshly cleaned', there were pieces of hair in the bathroom and the water took 10+ minutes to heat up after we switched it on. Overall, I would recommend booking a hotel in the center of the city for a better experience that is more worth your money.
