Arriviamo convinti di avere camera centro Napoli invece altro poro,ok chiamo mi dicono la ragazza ti ha detto che è in piazza mercato (come se un turista sa dov’è e si trova)Cmnq ok eravamo stanchi volevamo sola andare a letto..non trovando struttura chiamo e mi dicono parte opposto ma sempre dritto .torniamo in dietro ma non riusciamo a trovare ..richiamo segreteria che dice siamo aperti dalle 8 alle 22 ma loro alle 21:20 non rispondono più (per me non rispondevano me perché per loro ero assillante ..chiedo persone del posto se conoscevano posto e nulla ..per fortuna c’era una battiuglia di militaei e ci hanno aiutato a trovare sto posto..ma la cosa belle che ho lasciato due sms in segreteria per urgenza e non si sono neanche dignati di telefonare né la notte né giorno dopo ….pagaro tanto e io penso ma non so se sbaglio se scrivete B&B la colazione si dovrebbe fare ..la. Amare carina ma posto dove si trovava al prezzo che io pagato no…poi quando dico ma io volevo centro città mi dicono che c’è scritto che all arrivo reception il posto può Cambiare ..si ok mail arrivata giorni stesso che se l’avevo letto manco mi presentavo…

El hotel está en una ubicación perfecta vía Toledo, la habitación tenía unas vistas espectaculares a la calle. La única cosa es que el check in se hace en una úbicacion diferente a la del hotel,pero si les envías un correo al hotel te dan la dirección donde tienes que hacer el check in. Por todo lo demás genial!!

Really good accommodation in very good price. Hotel is located on one of the most popular street on Naples -Via Toledo. Hotel room looks really good, staff is very friendly, they gave us a free ride from check-in location to the hotel.I recommend this place!

It was awful, trying to check in was a nightmare, had to walk around the entire city to find the reception which is not based at where we were staying. Have to pay €4 to leave your luggage for the day.

We stayed at HG boutique hotel Toledo with 2 persons in the end of June 2022. The check in went smooth and was at a separate reception location, about 10 min walk from the actual hotel. They offered to bring us to the hotel by car, but we chose to walk. The hotel was located in the middle of the city centre, which was very nice! The room was clean, with a nice big bathroom and balcony overlooking the centre. Check out was very easy, as we only had to leave the keys in a basket. Overall we were very happy with the experience staying at HG boutique hotel Toledo!

I am SO impressed with this hotel - everything was so easy. I was able to WhatsApp reception before and during with any enquiries. The room itself was stunning - very clean and beautifully presented. The bed was very comfortable and the WiFi was strong enough for Netflix. There was also a balcony which was a nice bonus. Checkout was so easy too. All you had to do was leave the keys in a basket outside your room. This hotel is such a steal as it is so amazingly priced. I can’t recommend it enough.
