They were super friendly and the place was clean and new inside. It was a bit hard to find but it was worth the price 😊

Very good location and beautiful, clean rooms. It had no balcony, but a view of the sea from the room we got. Would definitely recommend!

Hotel con fermata della metro a pochissimi passi, in palazzo antico e signorile. Personale cordiale e disponibilissimo. La stanza era molto accogliente, climatizzata e ben attrezzata. Bagno un po’ piccolo e vecchio ma completo di tutto e pulito. Purtroppo nonostante su trip.com informi che è possibile aggiungere la colazione, il personale ci ha fatto notare che non forniscono più la colazione da qualche anno.

A dir poco vomitevole!!! Hotel, se così si può definire peggiore di così non si può trovare, sporcizia esagerata, lenzuola sporchissime, bagno completamente da rifare, acqua che esce dalla cassetta del gabinetto, doccia lurida, mentre facevamo pa doccia l'acqua non andava via e arrivava fino alle caviglie, tenda doccia sporca e piena di muffa, non c'è luce nello specchio, insomma peggio di così non poteva essere! L'unica nota positiva la posizione e l'accoglienza del signor Alfonso che gentilmente ci ha offerto i caffè per 2 mattine!

Punto strategico, sotto l’hotel fermata Metro e autobus in 10 minuti a piedi arrivi in via Toledo piazza del plebiscito. Siamo stati accolti da Alfonso una Splendida Persona ci ha fatto sentire a casa.

Great hotel 5/10 mins from the port. The hotel itself is central to everything with great views of the city. We had a lovely room which was cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided. There’s a little fridge in the room which is so handy. The bathroom was spotless and had a large shower an plenty of hot water. There’s also a hairdryer provided. Main door to hotel on the main street was open week days but locked sat/sun as you would expect as your on the main corso Umberto !! But there’s keys provided when u check in.Staff where all so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning to this hotel !!
