음... 바로앞에 역이있어서 이동하는거는 정말 편했어요. 내부시설은 이상한 냄새가 났었고, 벌레들도 조금 보였어요. 방음이 잘안됐고 나머지는 괜찮았아요

Great central location directly across from Garibaldi station providing easy access to Pompeii and Sorrento. The room was compact but well appointed for 2 with the bonus of an inside balcony. Whole the amenities are a bit ltd.the staff made up for it with their attentiveness, finding me a needle and thread to patch my day rucksack, lol.some of the movie channels can be converted to English, breakfast was ltd. But they put in a good effort. All rooms are on the 1st floor likely due to renovations as there's no lift.overall affordable and would happily stay here again.

The location really is ‘ideal’ in terms of the main train station being directly outside so you only have to walk two minutes across the road and you have your trains to Pompeii, Herculaneum and wherever else you need to go. The actual area isn’t the best as you will hear from anyone who visits Napoli… When we first arrived on a Saturday evening, I felt as though I had walked into a third world country and I found it fairly terrifying. Lots of homeless people, human faeces and urine all over the ground, armed soldiers in tanks outside the station which is… something and you honestly need a good life insurance policy to cross the roads here. I didn’t feel particularly safe walking through the area in the evening so tried not to do that and returned to the hotel before it got dark. The hotel itself is clean and very basic with comfortable beds and a decent shower. I wouldn’t stay here if you’re someone who likes to spend a long time in the hotel because you’d be quite bored… It’s the sort of hotel you only stay in for somewhere to wash and sleep. The television in the room was glitchy so I couldn’t watch olympics highlights in the evening. The WiFi was sporadic and quite slow. There is no kettle and coffee in the room which is something I haven’t personally come across whilst travelling before so that’s something I feel they need to add. There is aircon in the room but it doesn’t seem to work very well so you need to use the fan 24/7 but it is in such a noisy area (traffic, horns beeping, sirens etc 24/7) I actually recommend having the fan on full blast to act as white noise and blur it out. The only irritating noise was other guests closing their room doors during the night which woke us up a few times because it’s very loud even with the fan. The street it is on has a bakery and coffee shop, pharmacy and a couple of restaurants but weirdly no supermarket. We used the Conad supermarket in the train station, it seemed to be the best priced in Napoli and closest to the hotel. The bookstore in the train station has a good selection of English books if you’re in need of a way to pass the time in the evening since the television doesn’t seem to work! With a few tweaks such as functioning aircon and WiFi and a kettle and coffee in the room, I feel this would be an even better hotel but it is adequate as a place to sleep.

This hotel is in an excellent location with the train station and bus to airport very close. The room was average size, clean but a bit gloomy. The staff were very helpful but there is no lift and the stairs are awkward with suitcases. The longer we stayed in Italy we realised that the restaurants by the entrance to the hotel serve over priced indifferent tourist fare. Hotel let us leave our bags in reception whilst we went on a tour.

L'hôtel est bien situé, c'est pratique si on veut prendre le train ou la navette de l'aéroport. Le ménage est correct, la dame qui s'occupe du ménage est très aimable. Le personnel de réception est arrangeant. Lorsque j'ai découvert ma chambre, je me suis senti humilié. C'était en réalité une cellule de prison. Aucune décoration, ambiance froide, très petit avec le plus petit lit simple que j'ai vu de ma vie, une barre en fer pour le sac et une bar avec des cintres composent la chambre. (En passant devant des portes ouvertes, j'ai vu des chambres plus chaleureuses, comme sur les photos, mais ce n'est pas le cas de toutes les chambres) Placé au premier étage et proche de la rue, j'ai immédiatement demandé à changer de chambre. A la réception on m'a dit que ce n'était pas possible pour le jour même mais ils m'ont changé pour les trois autres nuit dans une chambre plus au calme. La climatisation de la première chambre marchait très mal, je transpirais le jour et j'avais froid la nuit. Aucun problème avec la clim dans la seconde chambre. Le verrou de la première chambre était très difficile, j'ai même cru resté enfermé dans ma cellule à un moment. Il n'y a que des chaîne de TV italiennes et toutes ne fonctionnaient pas correctement. Dans la seconde chambre, j'ai eu un lit double, ce qui est beaucoup mieux, mais la chambre était tellement petite qu'il fallait se contorsionner (littéralement) pour se déplacer. Il n'y a pas de place entre le lit et les différents éléments (coffre, barre en métal pour mettre son sac...) Pas de machine à café dans la seconde chambre. Pas de frigo dans les chambres, ni fauteuil, ni bureau, ni placard... Pas d'info sur les évacuations ou plan de l'hôtel en chambre. Pas de signalisation pour faire la chambre ou rester tranquille. Le petit déjeuner est probablement ma pire expérience de petit-déjeuner dans un hôtel. Il est ridicule. Le choix est quasi inexistant, le lait est posé à même le bar et n'est pas au frais, certains matin il n'y a qu'un choix de fruit, le jambon a un goût est une odeur désagréable (je l'ai signalé, mais pas de changement), le réassort n'est pas fait correctement on n'a donc pas toujours le peu de produits qui est proposé, les boissons chaudes sont sur demande... Une catastrophe! Ridicule. Il n'y a pas de bagagerie, si on laisse son sac c'est dans l'entrée, sans identification. Je l'ai laissé un matin et suis revenu le soir. Je me suis juste servi et personne n'a rien dit, alors que la personne de l'accueil avait changé. Ce n'est absolument pas sécurisé. Les cartes de chambre sont des cartes blanches avec le numéro écrit avec un stylo qui bave, c'est une honte. J'ai détesté cet hôtel. Je me suis senti humilié, enfermé, en prison. Le petit déjeuner est une blague. C'est probablement ma pire expérience dans un hôtel! Je déconseille.

Hotel non da 3 stelle ma 0, se potevamo scappare la sera che siamo rientrati in camera l'avremmo fatto immediatamente ,abbiamo trovato 2 blatte sul soffitto "da incuboooo",personale per niente accogliente dovrebbe fare altro mestiere, stanza strettissima, con un buco di bagno cieco senza aereazione, senza armadi, colazione se così la vogliamo chiamare, cornetti secchi e torte dure,insomma da "evitare".......e "dimenticare.....

Le foto del sito non corrispondono alla realtà. Esperienza da dimenticare. Personale per niente disponibile Dovrebbero cambiare mestiere Solo una colf si è dimostrata gentile. Pareti di cartongesso pertanto si sentiva anche la sveglia e il respiro dell’ospite accanto. Scale scomodissime. All’atto della prenotazione non era specificata la mancanza di colazione. Non posso dare zero ma lo farei volentieri.
