El hotel esta cerca de la estación pero la zona es horrible, todo está sucio, lleno de basura e indigentes. El hotel tiene ascensor pero no lo tienen en servicio, el personal súper grosero, te gritaban y no aceptaban tarjeta (solo el señor del desayuno muy amable), cero lo recomiendo

Complete dump in dump location. Room is awful. No Aircon. No fridge. Mould in bathroom with sink hanging off the wall and broken fixtures . Mouldy shower as well. Staff don't speak English or deem not to understand. The location is deplorable. Surrounded by derelict streets covered in rubbish and graffiti. It's almost impossible to find a normal safe looking shop or area. Avoid this hotel

The worst Hotel we have stayed at that we can remember. The man at reception was rude and avoided eye contact. The aircon unit began dripping water onto the wardrobe in the night. There was black algae in the shower recess. Toilet flush did not work properly The room's door handle was loose and came away from the door! Breakfast choice was terrible....I could go on but I think you will have got the message.

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. I don’t know how many stars it is but I would only think it would be 2 as our previous 3 star hotel rooms had more offerings. It is tired and the location is quite seedy for Naples, with some surrounding streets to avoid as they are derelict. The room has no internet, you have to go down to reception to use it. They have had complaints about it but have done nothing to resolve it. There is no fridge, no complementary water on arrival. There is no elevator so if you have heavy suitcases it is a struggle to get up the stairs. It is noisy at night with street cars and yelling although there are double glazed windows they do not help. There is a light that doesn’t turn off and flickers in the night. Concierge (if you would call him that) is useless and while the rooms look clean, our bathroom has mould, a toilet seat that doesn’t fit and broken towel rail. I can’t understand how this Hotel is included on Qantas and listed as one of their hotels. There are much better hotels out there, avoid this one.

Clean, large, air-conditioned rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff. Very close to the Central train station. Busy road outside that is noisy throughout the night, bin lorries come past at 11pm, difficult to fall asleep. Light switch didn’t work - had to balance the switch in the middle to turn the lights off.

Very friendly staff who helped when I had my phone stolen in Pompeii. They really went out of their way - kept my baggage on the day of leaving. The room was very nice and the bed was firm. Good central location. I highly recommend if you're only in town for a few days and on a budget.

Do not believe the description that BA use claiming this hotel is beautifully located at the heart of Naples! The area can only be described as a cess pit. The staff at the hotel were rude, arrogant and intimidating and that's me being polite! Had a minor discrepancy with overcharging and before I knew it was surrounded by three men one of which continued to tell me to shut up! (I'm a 5"3 female). Do not go out after dark if you value your well being as the area is full of undesirables. Probably can say that this is the worst location that I have ever stayed! The words charming and modern are used to describe this property. Really not sure who came up with this description but it is clearly someone who never set foot in the hotel or surrounding areas.....avoid at all costs.

Situated by the central station the area is not the best, but the hotel is ideal for a city break and the staff are very helpful. We stayed for seven nights and found it to be a great place to stay to explore Naples, Pompeii, Ercolano and Amalfi coast. The room was fine, cleaned daily, with mini fridge and en-suite. Breakfast was typically Neapolitan croissant and espresso, but rolls and yoghurts and cakes were also available, overseen by the nicest gentleman, Ciro. In fact all staff were great if you took the time to talk to them. We have stayed in a lot worse hotels for city breaks around the world and would recommend here to anyone that wants to feel part of the city.
