Duomo Hermes Relais

To start me and my partner was put in a much cheaper room than we paid for after booking the “deluxe” room, apon walking in the room we noticed there was blood in the sink, and the shower head was full of green mold (im not sure what the cleaner does but she definitely doesn’t clean). The next night we was upgraded to a slightly better room which again wasn’t very clean, and also have the plugs hanging out of the wall,finally 3 days in we finally got the “deluxe” room that was booked which was a disappointment, the jets on the bath didn’t work and there was green mold around all 6 of the jets, it took nearly a hour for the bath to fill up, at which point we gave up having a bath and just used the shower which was also a disaster, the water was either freezing cold or burning hot no matter what we did. For our 5 day stay we didn’t see a single person who worked there we had to try converses through WhatsApp and even then it could take hours or days to get a response so eventually just gave up messaging. Overall this is the worst budget hotel I have ever stayed at and would have rather slept in a box on the streets than here. So AVOID this dump

Muy limpio, bien situado cerca del centro histórico, decoración minimalista, muy buena atención telefónica...pero muy caro para una habitación mínima, un baño expresión mínima y donde el único trabajo a realizar es la limpieza.
