Our condo is a nicely renovated 3 bedroom unit with two full bathrooms, a roomy lanai overlooking pool and bay, and covered parking. It also comes with a boat dock at no extra charge. Bring your boat or rent one. Cruise from Oyster Bay out to the Gulf, Keewaydin Island or Marco Island without having to go under a low bridge! Quick drive to the Everglades for natural beauty and a very quick drive to 5th Avenue for dining and socializing. The beach is only 1.5 miles from condo -- so you also can drive or walk there at your leisure. There also are two covered reserved parking spaces — so your vehicles never have to sit in the sun. Enjoy all S. Close to all in Naples
Great location, only a short walk to Tin City, 5th Avenue and the beaches. Karl (owner) was responsive to any issues that might have risen, and likewise had plenty of 'tips' about navigating in and around the general Naples area. His condo was clean and presentable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
