Motel 6 Napa, CA

They say this is your home away from home??? Who’s home? Not my home. I wish I had something good to say about this Motel 6, located in Napa, Ca. Honestly this place is the grossest, dirty just yuk. First room I was given was so unbelievably filthy, I stood in the doorway for a few minutes contemplating if I wanted to go all the way in. I went fit & put my stuff on the table. I spent the next 45 min looking at room #225. Took pictures & video but it was just to much and it was late & I needed to get another room. Called the front desk and she was nice, I was not happy as I was telling her about the appalling condition of the room & asked if there was a manager available , she placed me on hold for a good 15-20 min so I was only getting more irritated. I was about to go down to the office, see what the hell is going on. The night manager eventually showed up at the room, immediately told me that I shouldn’t be upset with the front desk, that he doesn’t like to be bothered late at night?????? YOUR THE NIGHT MANAGER IN CHARGE! THATS YOUR JOB! I started pointing out the condition of the room & he agreed that the room was pretty bad & also said that he was pretty sure that the room had been occupied for several weeks he called it a long term stay. Ok, so why wasn’t the room checked by a supervisor or manager in charge after housekeeping is finished? And for the housekeeper that was responsible for that room, this person couldn’t have possibly thought the room was clean and ready. The manager showed me another room 2 doors down & no thank you it was gross also. Why would anyone want to sleep/or stay in a room with someone else’s filth. Zero sanitation. He took me to another room by the pool, it’s better but it’s also dirty. This entire hotel is filthy & unkept there is no pride for sure and the management is to blame for the disgusting, filthy very unsanitary conditions at this motel. Nothing in place for disinfecting or sanitizing standards, like most places since covid. They advertise air conditioning, it’s a old out dated central air conditioning unit for the entire place! WHAT! Awesome because I want to breath everyone’s air from all the other rooms, NO! It barley blows any air out, there are no blow dryers in the bathrooms, the towel bar with your towels on them is right next to the toilet that has no lid so every flush you can bet the germs from the toilet are getting on the towels. Disgusting!!! There are dead bugs in all the light fixtures, no screen on the window, they say this is a non smoking hotel yet because the way the air conditioning is the smoke just comes in through the vents. There is fridge & microwave beware. No dresser, no place for your stuff really. The stairs and walkway need to be pressure washed so nasty, the garbage cans/ashtray are so filthy and there are ashtrays outside the rooms they are also just filthy. I wanted to get ice however I figured since this place is pretty nasty I can only imagine what the waterlines and ice

Last minute cancellation due to the property closing its doors. Had to find a new hotel for my vacation so am now in Sonoma Valley . What hotel permanently closes during the summer vacation time. Geez!!

usamos este hotel para dormir antes de la maraton de Napa. El hotel primero tenía un precio razonable y barato. No es para nada lujoso. Tiene no necesario para pasar una buen noche. Tuve un mal presentimiento al ver los ceniceros en los pasillo. Yo pensé que la habitación tendría un olor a cigarro. Pero olía bien. El check in fue muy rápido, el parqueo muy amplio y cómodo y con muchas cosas cerca para comer.
