This place was amazing! Our first time in Naousa and we were blown away by the location and service. The property is beautiful, quiet, and luxurious. We totally felt at ease and relaxed. The rooms are new and modern with great finishes and comfortable bedding. We had a deluxe suite with a balcony and it was beautiful. We used the pool which was great. The hotel has very good room service and free breakfast daily. We were most impressed with the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. We organized daily transfers through the app to the beaches, towns, and port for 36 euro. A little pricey, but it was so convenient to be able to get in a nice car already at the hotel without having to track down a taxi. The hotel is within 5 min walking distance of downtown Naousa which we went to every night. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Great experience .. perfect location, very close to all the restaurants and tourist attractions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Clean and spacious rooms had everything you can think of .. Nothing to complain .. air conditioned👍🏼

Our stay at Quartano in Naousa was exceptional! The friendly staff, especially the girls at reception, made us feel right at home. Also, the driver and the waiters were always willing to help you giving the best recommendations for the island. The room was always clean. The location is just a short walk from the city center. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return!

I had the best experience in this hotel. Great stay clean and nice. Over and above is the service was immaculate. The staff were friendly and helpful and always around to please us. Kostantina, Banaioti and Elias made the trip perfect. I will definitely come back👍🏻

Had an amazing stay at QUARTANO! The staff were very friendly and very close to the customers meeting our every need. The breakfast area was very nice and quiet making the already amazing food ever more enjoyable. Would definitely visit again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Quartano. The rooms were very clean, and spacious, with a cozy feel. The staff were warm and helpful, and the location was perfect (close to the city center yet peaceful). We also upgraded our reservation to “Plus Car” and we used an electric car for our stay which made our stay really comfortable. Top-notch of our trip in Greece. Highly recommend!

Average hotel with luxurious prices. For sure did not meet the expectations that the title and the prices set. Average breakfast. They did not even replace the shower gel when it was used. And in the shower there was no place to put shampoo air shower gel so you had to leave them on the floor Very clean hotel and the very kind and helpful staff though.

I loved a lot first before everything else the closeness to town. It is within walking distance which makes it very convenient for us to walk to town. The hotel itself has two section, older section and newer section. I stayed in the newer section which is more spacious and I preferred it over then older section (both are really cute nonetheless, personal preference). I've stayed in the room with a private pool, overlooking the public pool and we were 3 ladies in that room; it was spacious enough for the three of us with 2 toilets. The staff are very very friendly which is great and house keeping is great. The reason I didnt give it a 5 star; - Would've loved the room service to extend to longer than 4 PM (Food) - Not enough trash cans and tissue in the room (for 3 persons) - Would've loved to have someone at reception 24hr for security/safety matters

I'm afraid I have to rate this place 1 star because of the bad experience I had with Konstantina at reception who had refuses to give me back my 100 euro deposit at checkout, after countless emails and replies with my bank they ask that I go back there so they can refund me with my credit card. I would hate to think how many tourists she has ripped off, then basically threw my credit card at me after spending so much money for a terrible experience. I am staying at Aella Residences instead and highly recommend this hotel better
