Sandaya Luxury Suites

We had a magnificent stay at Sandaya the first week in June! The grounds are beautiful, the front desk staff is outstanding, the room and beds were comfortable and the view from our jacuzzi tub suite was amazing. Breakfast every morning was cooked to perfection, and the Mai Tai at the pool bar was the best I had the entire trip. We literally walked steps to the ocean and hung out at one of the beach clubs on sun loungers with wait staff and food/drink menus, and then we took a short walk into Naoussa every night for shopping and dinners. We realized that we needed to rent a car to tour the island (Parikia and Lefke) as the bus schedules didn't work for the times we were there... Nadia at the front desk ordered a rental last minute for us and had it delivered to (and then picked up from) the resort! We highly recommend Sandaya Luxury Suites- they go above and beyond for their customer comfort and enjoyment!

came for our honeymoon! The location is great and staff is very nice and quick to respond! The pool is definitely really nice looking and parking is ample and decor is very chic and cute! Wish we did more research on previous reviews on our end, booked the hot tub suite and it is so unprivate we are legit placed in the center of the hotel with our hot tub as the main attraction it feels like! We can’t have any natural light during the day because people eating breakfast/ checking in/ having a drink are looking into the window or people from balcony’s looking into the glass doors! The hot tub does not get warm like we’re used to either! Also a weird fish smell when showering and the water gets all over everything everywhere! I asked for a full size mirror and they do not have any so I asked to upgrade the room for our honeymoon since there are rooms available for off season and it was too expensive for what it is! We have two tiny little mirrors that are circles we can’t iron or see what we look like when leaving to walk to town at all lol! Definitely great for a short stay with friends/ family/ significant other maybe but way too crammed and small and unprivate rooms for a honeymoon stay!

Excellent service from the moment we arrived special thanks to Katarina. Comfortable rooms and a very relaxing pool area with swim up bar and lounging beds for a perfect lazy afternoon. Located a 7 minute walk down the hill to bars and eating venues, and 2 mins to the beach was a great location. The team were so friendly and nothing was an issue for them. Strongly recommend Sandaya as a relaxing option for your island stay.

Very relaxed, beach centered, natural type of environment. My family and I were very pleased with our accommodations and the staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast menu was very great and authentic to greek culture. The shops and restaurants are walking distance, as well as the beach. I’m happy to have stayed here! Front desk staff was very tentative as well as cleaning service.

A great boutique hotel, located a few minutes walk from the shops, bars and restaurants. We booked a room with a spacious terrace and hot tub which was great for early evening chilling. The hotel is really well decorated and makes good use of space. The staff are really friendly, special shout out to John and Mario from the bar, who were great!

An honest review of this hotel for our honeymoon in June 2024. Pros: - breakfast is fab, a la carte menu and you can order as many as you wish. - pool area is beautiful and super clean, always someone there to bring you drinks, but the pool is much smaller than appears in the photos - main lady Katerina on reception is wonderful and super helpful! - location is great, 2 mins to the local winery and 8 mins into town. Cons - we booked the honeymoon room, and it wasn’t worth the price. It had no outdoor space, not even a tiny entrance area - so you don’t have any outside space to dry wet bikinis etc. The room felt a little penned in and the room and bathroom both small, with a double bed not a king size as described. - hot tub is cold, and the receptionist was not happy when we asked for the temperature to be turned up, my advice would be don’t bother with the hot tub room, there is no cover for it and the water all is open to the outside so it remains cold and doesn’t ever get past luke warm. - the customer service was usually good, but they were not happy when we asked about the hot tub being made warmer - and were very rude and abrupt saying it “was warm” until they felt it themselves. Overall a 3.5* hotel, not somewhere for a special occasion but somewhere for a nice trip away close to the town.
