Our home is located outside of downtown, close to many restaurants and is a short 5 minute drive to area beaches. Short walk to the airport and local bus routes. Two second floor bedrooms both have Queen sized beds, en-suite bathrooms and ample closet space. The third floor bedroom is loft style and has one queen sized bed. This home also has a giant finished basement with a trundle bed that can sleep two and serves as a second living room area which is perfect for kids. The private back yard has a deck with a gas grill and patio furniture. The property comes with two off street parking spots, cable TV and WiFi. The home has central air conditioning. Fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances and much more.
