This is the cleanest and most modern hostel I have been to. Super high quality, very private beds and clean baths. The only downside is that if you travel by public transport you need to take an extra bus or boat to get there. The extra 30min travel is in most cases worth it I would say! Staff is also amazing, they gave me free food from their party🫶

Owl hostel was perfect for my needs! The location is perfect- right next to the pier, food street, and a bus stop. The facilities were all well maintained and clean, with many common areas and a rooftop with laundry. After sleeping in so many hostel bunks, it was also lovely to have a capsule to myself! It appeared as if my room had not been swept before I checked in, but I checked in early so that may have been my fault. Thank you for the lovely stay!

The hostel was right next to Ita Thao shopping district and less than 5 minutes walk to the bus stop, which was very convenient. Capsule room was clean and spacious, well worth the price. Staff were friendly and check in/out procedure was smooth. Complimentary tea and coffee at the ground floor pantry. The rooftop has a good view of the shopping district and abit of the lake, and was nice place to chill in the evening. If one wants they can also use the hot spring facility at the Wyndham next door, although it is quite pricey. Overall a very cozy hostel at a very convenient location, at a very good price.

Comfortable bed, clean, private space within your bed enough to accommodate your things and lock them. The rooftop is great and offers a relaxing space. They have coin laundry. The receptionist speaks English and is kind enough to explain everything to you. They offer bikes to rent at a discount.

The hostel environment is good and the room is quite spacious for a capsule hotel. The amenities and features also good for solo travelers.

An extremely good value stay. The staff is very helpful,friendly and speaks fluent English. There even is a great view of the lake from the accessible roof. The rooms are big enough to sleep as a couple with some extra luggage. Just be aware of the lacking sound isolation.

The staff was nice and they gave a good introduction of the place. It was clean and I enjoy my stay.

Great location at Itae Shao. Near food street. Very clean premises. Toilet is also clean. The capsule is spacious and cosy. Free use of espresso machine at the pantry. Check in and out is fuss free. Kudos to the staffs. Value for money. Highly recommend.

Awesome kind stuff & nice rooftop!

Location is good just that require to take a bus or a ferry across. Night market is just right beside. Cozy area plus a nice and chill roof

Very good, they can speak English and Chinese it’s so convenient.
