The view outside our room was so stunning. You can see the perfect view of the mountains like it was a painting. Unbelievable! Plus the buffet breakfast was soooo good and have many choices. We will probably book this hotel again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

We love hot and cold water refill on room but little dirty dust in room. Breakfast is ok to choose it when you stay. This is not the best hotel in sun moon lake but you want valuable to see view sun moon lake from room.

The hotel has a great view of the sun moon lake, just in front of the harbor. Facilities a bit old but clean… view from the balcony of the room is fabulous.

The environment here is perfect for a vacation and relaxation. In the morning, guests can enjoy a scenic view of Sun Moon Lake from the terrace. The breakfast provided is quite satisfactory, and boat tickets to the opposite shore are available. The service desk is available to assist with booking a taxi to the high-speed rail station at a reasonable price. For those looking to save on travel expenses, the bus station is nearby, and taking the bus to the high-speed rail station is a convenient option.

The room is spacious but the AC smells. My aunt's room has 2 🪳🪳. Breakfast is great with the lake view. View from the balcony is stunning. There are shops, restaurants, and minimart near hoytel.

The room is big and the same as the photos provided by the hotel listing. However, they gave us a room with a bathtub concept instead of the shower, hence, making the toilet wet when showering as there are no curtains. The view from the room is nice as it is facing the lake, may be able to catch sunrise if the weather is good.

Room had a very musty smell.. not sure if it was mold. View was great & location right in front of ferry pier.

The view was nice for side lake view room. The price is reasonable. The location is really close to the pier and bus stop. And the breakfast was okay.

The staff was friendly and spoke Chinese & English. We left our bags at the hotel before check-in. The room was clean, with a hairdryer provided. The large bed was comfortable enough for four people. The bathroom had both hot and cold water but lacked a door lock. There was limited space around the bed to open a large suitcase. There were three power outlets provided, all of which were flat pin type. Breakfast is a self-service buffet and it's very delicious. The hotel location is very close to the pier, bus station and 7-11, making it very convenient to travel.

Very old hotel, given a 4 bed room right by the lake with nice view.

Convenient location - near the bus stop & ferry terminal. Also, there are lots of restaurants and gift shops nearby. Convenience shop is just opposite the hotel. Room is clean but a bit small for 3 persons. Our room is facing the lake directly, so the view is excellent! Will stay there if we visit sun moon lake again.
