Not a bad hotel, decent value for money. Simple gym, breakfast was ok.

Asked specifically for a non smoking room, got a room that smelled like the nastiest designated smoking room you've ever been to. Had to change two rooms to get something bearable (still reeked of smoke), while getting attitude from the staff. I expected these international chains to control the smoking a bit more, but seems like it's the exact opposite. Never staying at a Hilton in China again 🫠

Surrounding is a residential district, has good range of food outlets. Taxis and ride hails are readily available. Breakfast buffet spread was very good. Building is well kept, exterior is clean, lobby areas and general guest access areas well maintained. Staff (front desk, laundry room, restaurant) are courteous and helpful. Housekeeping is prompt and clean.

I was at the hotel over the May holidays. The location is super close to the train station and has a lot of food eateries and convenience stores around if needed. The staff was super helpful and despite the language barrier, went above and beyond to accommodate for all needs. I would like to mention Andy from the front desk who went above and beyond to help me book day trips at the very last minute and made sure we got breakfasts ready for early morning. He even made sure we are well taken care of during our entire stay and made sure we made it back to Shanghai okay. He definitely made a very good impression and I would love to go back for a visit to Nanning and stay again at the Hamptons. Thanks Andy and the entire staff of Hamptons for making the stay so memorable and comforable. :)

The location is very good in the center of tye city and the train station is just 10 mins drive from the hotel breakfast spread is fantastic staff very polite and professional

Great hotel, as expected. Exceptional service, friendly staff, clean rooms and fantastic breakfast. Already planning on visiting Nanning again, and I’ll definitely be booking my stay at this hotel.

The hotel is very clean and location very convincing to Nanning East railway station . Breakfast as well is good .

房間中規中矩，還可以，沙發床對親子家庭很加分，酒店整體服務態度好，很有耐心有笑臉。自助早餐雖然品種不多，但是夠吃，該有的都有。咖啡也是咖啡豆消磨，不是速溶的，這點很加分。驚喜的是提供杯子可以裝一杯車上喝，點贊

房間環境好，服務的十分滿意。雖然正值春運期間，又是凌晨辦理入住，開始還擔心辦理過程會不會不順利，想不到讓我們感動的是酒店服務的方方面面都令大家十分滿意。已經在計劃回程時，再次預約這裏。謝謝酒店全體工作人員，祝大家新春快樂！
