Absolutely perfect for family stay

This was our second time staying in one of the hotels under Atour during our trip. Just like the other branch in another city, the staff were polite and helpful during our stay. Our room was clean and spacious for two adults. There were washing machines and dryers for use on the same floor as the gym so that’s really convenient. However do bear in mind that majority of the hotels only have heaters working instead of cold air conditioner in winter. One of the staff was so kind to lend us a fan. Thank you!

The hotel is spanking new. The furnitures in the room is well arranged to allow good space to move about. The nearest metro station is about 7 mins slow walk. A lovely surprise would be the washer and dryer in the gym room, which comes with detergent and softener. Amenities has been well thought off and prepared for the guest. The staff are friendly and most helpful. A special thank you goes to 春娜 (Chun Na) for her assistance in helping to make a purchase on their corporate website and arranged for delivery.

I love Atour Hotel. This trip always stays in Atours. This one stays right at the back of a building, which is close to convenient stores and small shopping malls. You can get what you want quite easy. The hotel is clean and good for people who don't smoke. The facility is not as new as the ones in Kunming, but it is good enough. I love their washing machines, too, and it makes me feel at home. There are restaurants and coffee shops around. Very convenient!

非常滿意！原本訂的房型和洗衣房一個樓層，本想補差價換房型，前台幫忙免費升級了行政房，雖然是尾房，但正對個人胃口哈哈哈，因為相對安靜。房間朝東南，南湖公園鬱鬱葱葱景觀養眼。早餐也非常豐富，很多廣西特色菜品。前台員工態度極佳，處理問題十分專業，堪稱行業標桿！

服務很好，知道來看周杰倫演唱會，還送了周杰倫冰箱貼，太貼心了，有水果餅乾小點心，早餐也很豐富，早上如果趕車早，還可以提前預約打包早餐，深夜還有免費的粥。免費洗衣，還幫忙烘乾送回房間。每個工作人員都很有禮貌。

設施：設施不錯挺完善的， 衞生：很乾凈，住着也挺舒適 環境：房間衞生可以，大小也可以 服務：服務人員很熱情，我們晚上9點左右到的，前台美女給我們推薦了附近的夜市，非常熱鬧人很多

房間格局有點奇怪 可能是因為把邊，所以是斜的，怪難受的….不過配置完完全全是亞朵的品牌標準，前台比較熱情，政言跟他的團隊服務都很到位，早餐很豐富，交通也很便捷，下次出差如果在附近還會選擇這家店的。

已經不止一次入住亞朵這個品牌的酒店了，本次酒店房間整潔，整體服務都很棒，連洗衣房阿姨都很細心，還有貼心的深夜粥到，下次依然會首選。

設施新，房間乾淨，前台服務人員很熱情❤，介紹了附近特色小吃，早餐豐富。 深夜粥道:晚上回來及時補充能量。

房間乾淨整潔，早餐多樣美味，入住也很方便 ，大堂香薰味道很好，電視可以投屏很方便，冰箱貼很好看，前台瀟恩服務熱情 。
