in N&S MEN DONG Hotel

We had a lovely stay at this beautifully designed hotel. The location is excellent – quiet and atmospheric. The inner courtyard is peaceful and charming. The staff were kind, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious. The room had a unique and tasteful traditional design with modern comfort. However, one important issue we noticed was the presence of thick dust on the wooden beams and decorative wood panels – especially behind the bed. When the air conditioner above the door is turned on and not adjusted correctly, it can blow dust around the room, which will be uncomfortable for people with dust allergies. We really enjoyed the ambiance and hospitality, but we recommend that regular dusting, especially in higher and hard-to-reach places, should be done more thoroughly to maintain the overall high standard of this beautiful space. ⸻ 这家设计精美的酒店让我们住得很愉快，位置安静有氛围，内部庭院也非常迷人。工作人员热情专业，早餐也很好吃。 房间融合了传统与现代风格，但我们注意到木梁和床后木饰面有较厚的灰尘。尤其开门上方的空调时，如果风向不对，会把灰尘吹得到处都是，对灰尘过敏的人会不太舒服。 整体体验很好，但建议定期清洁高处和不易打扫的区域，以保持整体高水准。

One of the coolest hotels I've ever been. Absolutely every aspect of our stay was perfect. Hotel is located in the Old city but inside it's very cozy and secluded. Everything is new and clean. We're totally coming back)
