The B&B is conveniently located next to the Lao Men Dong pedestrian area. You can roam through Lao Men Dong with its street food stalls, restaurants and souvenir stalls.
The B&B is very charming with beautiful small gardens, and antique setup of guest room and living room. Bed is comfortable and bathroom is clean. And the surrounding area are very beautiful.
You can walk to the Gate of China (Old East Citywall), they have a night performance, a small immersive theater you should not miss, then after the show you can climb up the stairs to go up to the city wall top and see the Nanjing city below. From there can also see the light show from the pagoda of the Grand Bao En temple.
You can also walk to the Qinhai scenic area to take the boat tour, and visit the Confucius temple. There is also a pedestrian area next to it with street snack, food, and souvenirs.

This hotel is located right next to Laomen Dong in a quiet alley so it benefits from both. Hotel is clean, services is great with bonus of having the laundry done for us so there is no need to wait at self service laundry like in other hotels. Highly recommended.

The key and only reason I booked this place was because of the cats - Jiu Yue and Xiao Du. These babies are extremely adorable. Well apart from the cats, the place is quite charming. The hotel is located in a quiet corner, just across Laomendong and a short walk to the Grand Baoen temple. I would love to stay here again 🥰

What a cute charming place just behind the Confucius neighborhood. The hotel staff was really nice and helpful. The hotel is quiet, in a small narrow street just behind the bustling quarter and the bed is really comfortable. Thanks!

Excellent location right across the Laomendong historic city area with many shops and restaurants. A beautiful hotel with a decent sized room and comfortable bed. We loved staying here and would definitely go back if we visit again.

Nice hotel near busy LaoSingMen area; was assigned a room in B1 level with a small window that does not have much light or see anything outside as this is a basement level in a hotel with center court (天井？）； our towels were changed daily, but, there was no cleaning done on a daily basis; bathroom’s sink was clogged with lots of hair inside; we managed to clean up the clogging sink ourselves when we learned this the first night.
Hotel is not too far from public bus station, but it is pretty far from the metro station (more than 15 minutes of walking distance); it’s not likely that we will book this place when we visit Nanjing next time.
