I recently stayed at the Orange Hotel with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my feedback to ensure that improvements can be made for future guests.
Firstly, I would like to address the unprofessional behavior of the receptionist, Wang Ping. Throughout our stay, she consistently displayed a negative attitude and showed a lack of professionalism. Her demeanor towards us was disappointing and did not meet the expected standards of customer service.
Additionally, I must highlight the issue with the shower room water system. It was evident that the water system was faulty, as it caused floods after each shower. This not only created an inconvenience for us but also raised concerns about the maintenance and overall quality of the hotel.
While I understand that issues can arise in any establishment, it is crucial for the management of Orange Hotel to address these concerns promptly. Improving the professionalism and attitude of the staff, particularly Wang Ping, should be a priority. Additionally, resolving the water system problem in the shower rooms is essential to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free stay for future guests.
I hope that my feedback will be taken seriously and that necessary actions will be taken to rectify these issues. As a guest, I believe in the potential of Orange Hotel to provide a positive experience, and I hope to see improvements in the future.
