Rooms were spacious with a view overlooking the mountains. A big plus point would be that the hotel has a large compound with a 25m length pool and gym.

A very comfortable stay! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the shower had great water pressure. The only downside was that it was quite busy, so the lobby area was a bit noisy.

The facilities in the hotel rooms are just super. Being a coffee drinker, it will be nice if the hotel could also provide coffee mix besides the Chinese teas. All the staff from the reception floor/ counters to the room services and conciege ,particularly one young man by the name 周 was most helpful, providing us with guidance whenever was requested and loaned us umbrella when the sky was threatening to rain. It was a good and satisfying experience overall ,apart from the self help laundry facilities, which has only one washing machine and it happened to be out of function during that period

This hotel is an old building that located in on a historic site. The room we were in first smelled like someone had smoke a pack of cigarettes in the room the night before. A major renovation might be considered to bring this historic hotel back to its old glory.

建議選擇貴賓樓，因為早餐及自助洗衣房，及康體中心都在貴賓樓的B棟。房間面積略小考慮到市區黃金地段可以理解，儘量要4-5層的房間，2-3層房間景觀易受阻；房間內應該有便簽紙；如果地面停車位改為地下可能會更好。衞生及服務都不錯。

酒店乾淨衞生，環境優美，酒店應該就是在歷史建築基礎上擴建的，酒店院內就有歷史建築和博物館，位置也很方便，離核心景點都不遠，價格也合適，服務周到，響應及時。早餐一般般，對於五星節種類不夠豐富。評分唯一扣分點是因為吃早餐的時候，有一個老大爺在抽煙並且叼着煙頭去盛菜，而服務員對這種現象看到卻不管，公共場所本身就不允許抽煙，且煙灰有可能散落到菜品。

房間打掃及時，大堂前台和禮賓都很盡職盡責，天熱瓶裝水不夠喝隨時可以要，廁所有加熱小暖氣，晾個內衣毛巾都很方便。游泳池水質還行，毛巾被有點年頭了。。。 早餐和住宿不在一個樓，建議修個連廊。 酒店裡面有勵志社，沒來得及去參觀。距離地鐵二號線西安門站五分鐘步行。下去地鐵口還有商場可以吃飯超方便。 總之性價比很高。
