Really great ! Conform to the standards of Holiday Inn (which is not always the case in China).

The hotels are located near the style department zone and close to exit no.2 of Guangzicun station. I stayed there on the last day of the year, December 31st, 2023, and the hotel was fully booked. However, I did not experience any uncomfortable events. The breakfast was excellent, with a proper international buffet compared to other Chinese hotels. Overall, I would return and stay on a higher floor for a good view.

They did their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible… they upgraded our room at no extra cost to allow us to have a beautiful view of the lake … they gave us some soft drinks after their restaurant and lounge were closed … amazing staff and convenient location right at the subway station… I didn’t have to use taxi or Didi at all during my whole trip… thanks !

The hotel is located at prime location with variety of restaurants surrounding and Xuanwu Lake within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel staffs are kind and friendly. My family and I have a great stay here.

Good location and excellent service as well!

This hotel is not well maintained for Holiday in. However, the room is marvellous and the view of the lake really impressive. Very close to the lake and walking tracks. Facilities are a bit ordinary.

Was here on business trip and the front desk staff Eric Ma is very helpfull helping me to print my documents without any hesitation and free of charge..Decent hotel with the price you pay for..

Great hotel only need the rooms cleaner

Beautiful, beautiful hotel. The staff was fantastic and helpful. Our room was amazingly beautiful, spacious, lovely view. Breakfast was nice, but more options would be better. I enjoyed my stay here, I highly recommend this hotel😃😃🤭👌
