I can count how many times I have booked this hotel, it is always a pleasant experience to see my clients’ faces as they are amazed by the standards of the hotel and the rooms.

Fantastic stay, Great value for money . Good location and nice

came for a friend’s wedding. it is an interestingly decorated hotel, over the top and gaudy but earnest. i think they deserve points for trying. i was very amused. the place is huge and their halls were impressive. room-wise, very decent, comfy bed, nice water pressure, bright as hell and lots of lights to switch on and off but really nothing to complain about. the KTV is non existent and they should change the sign, our party was very disappointed that there was no KTV despite the sign. for our purposes, it did its job but i doubt i will be back again given its rather remote location, still if u need to be in the general vicinity, it is not a bad hotel.

Spacious & well design room with very comfortable bed, pillow & blanket for a good night sleep. Very thoughtful to provide USB charging cable & UPS power port for business travellers. Very impressed with the toilet layout & toiletries supply.

Convoluted restaurants with complicated payment systems. The 24/7 restaurant is a mess as you need to pay in advance for a tap card that you use to pay for each item you want from the cafeteria line. Crazy!

Huge hotel, some shops inside, good for conferences and marriage

I am from New York and am based in Suzhou, China. I stayed at this hotel during a busy holiday and was very concerned about Nanjing traffic. This hotel has an excellent location near the university city and many theme parks, such as Nanjing Happy Valley. The level of elegance of the rooms was comparable to the now-extinct 6-star rating. You would have to see it to believe it, including the electric toilets and beveled glass doors. However, I decided to post a comment because of the restaurant. I have been in China for 23 years and usually travel for business. Breakfast at most hotels is not good, and nothing like in Western hotels. Because of this, I drove to a fancy restaurant and wasted a ton of money on horrible food. The next day, upon checkout, I decided to eat at the in-hotel restaurant and was totally shocked to find two interconnected dining facilities, consisting of a hot pot buffet on one side and an À la carte buffet on the other. I chose the À la carte because my son saw the grilled beef kabobs and had to have it. Here is the best part: When you enter the buffet, you get a small card you pre-charge with money. I charged RMB 300, or about $41.66. You go through the buffet, take what you want, and swipe the card for each item. You only pay for what you eat. There had to be no less than 80 items on the buffet, from vegetable dishes, soups, pasta, beef (tenderloin), rib steak, short-rib steaks, fish, shrimp, traditional noodles, eggs, omelets, various bread, fruits, and many traditional Chinese dishes. There were four of us, and we were stuffed. Ultimately, I returned the charge card and was refunded RMB 35. This means I spent RMB 265 for four people or RMB 66.25 ($9.20) per person for a spectacular buffet. This was hands-down the best hotel experience I've had in China, for room, and dining. I really did not like one thing. A workstation outside deals with tiles, marble, masonry, and maintenance. It does not look good, and that was my view. The laydown area uses part of the parking lot. The yard needs to be cleaned up, and the work site covered or contained in a shop. This is a major management gaff void of marketing awareness. I still rate the hotel a 5-star.

I really like the services and the hotel environment

Hotel was very good for the area and good value for money. Key benefit was the all day dining cooked fresh in front of you. Only disappointment was that room had no window despite me booking a city view. Hotel had a kind of Las Vegas feel to it.

This hotel has a world class toilet seat with seat warmer and washing and drying function. The bathtub can also accommodate 2 person to relax.
