Very clean and nice hotel..Will definitely stay here again next time..Easy access to everywhere.

Simple, efficient, well maintained.

The room was good, with 2 separate toilets. The only downfall of this hotel is that it's little far from downtown and secondly the air conditioning and bedroom lighting is not good. The central air conditioning system is not efficient to make room cool enough during hot days. And the most of the lights at the bedroom were not functioning. The management should check the room number 1508 same problem with wifi problems and 1208 with bedroom lights problem and the low cooling of the air conditioning. Except for these problems, the room was perfect to stay.

Found out this hotel are mainly used by local government dept and local enterprises for events. Not suitable for foreigners. My friend booked for me as it is near to his place. Will not stay there again.

It's a good classic-style hotel in the former British embassy building. The staff are professional and accommodating. The neighbourhood is calm and peaceful but not too far from downtown. The room was cleaned thoroughly when we requested it, but most days we put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door because we needed to sleep due to jetlag. The cleaner still knocked or called our room from the front desk to ask if we needed the room to be cleaned. So what is the purpose of the sign?

本次入住體驗感受很好。庭院式酒店，環境優美且安靜，停車場很大，車位充裕。周邊有地鐵七號線，交通便利，房間內乾淨整潔，舒適愜意。管家小李姑娘，服務意識強，回覆及時，真誠熱情，為她點贊。

酒店地理位置絕佳，位於南京市鼓樓區虎踞北路185號，周邊交通便利，無論是前往景區還是商業中心都十分方便，節省了不少時間，由於有事情，提前離開了酒店，將房卡交由前台保管，後續管家部小孫也及時和我聯繫，確認是否退房，服務較為不錯！

一踏入酒店大堂，就被其豪華而大氣的裝修所震撼，精緻的吊燈、高檔的沙發，處處彰顯着酒店的品味和格調，前台接待員和小管家小孫服務也很細緻，入住體驗較為完美！住過好幾次了都蠻好的！

前台李智慧效率高態度好，入住退房迅速，住店期間，任何問題諮詢她都能及時耐心解答，其親切笑容和服務令人温暖，停車場很大，不錯

服務非常好，由於門卡入住訊息不全，沒及時上樓層，小李親自陪同。另外先前訂了親子房後來臨時提前一天入住，想改但由於沒房未成功，後又訂了一間雙人間，辦理入住時經理非常貼心升了級，減少我們第二天換房的麻煩.

老家來人，招待就在家附近的雙門樓賓館。雙門樓環境優美，院內諸多古樹名木，停車也很方便，在賓館的小白樓餐廳定了個包間，很有檔次。房間乾淨整潔，前台智慧小姑娘的服務讓我感受到温馨與舒適，十分滿意。以後有朋友來，還會優先選擇這裏。

酒店房間非常的寬敞，房間內衞生也非常的乾淨，服務也非常及時，交通也很便利，出門有很多的公交可以乘坐。

入住酒店大廳看起來很舒適，酒店停車場很大，前台小姐姐服務好，房間的床品很舒服，房間物品齊全，早餐真的豐富，下次還來入住的。我訂的是大床房，那個床睡着特別舒服，有種慢慢沉下去的感覺，很快就睡著了。

院內環境優美，交通便利，前台智慧和劉巖服務態度好，熱情。過年期間入住，較滿意。
