We checked out of the Kempinski Nanjing this morning and we were thoroughly impressed with the experience. The room was immaculate, spacious, and elegantly decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, ensuring a restful and enjoyable stay. The buffet breakfast and dinner were truly exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. The quality and freshness of the food were outstanding. A special shout out to Raymond, who went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was memorable. His attentiveness and professionalism truly stood out and made a significant difference in our overall experience. One area for improvement is the English proficiency of the staff. While they were all very friendly and eager to help, better English skills would enhance communication and the overall guest experience. Overall, Kempinski Nanjing offers a fantastic stay with exceptional rooms and dining. Highly recommended!

Everything was average. But while check in I didn’t get the souvenirs package. The location of the hotel was not the most convenient. A bit away from everything.

Nice to be back at the Kempinski after a 4 year hiatus from Asia travel. Hotel still looks amazing and has wonderful staff, excellent rooms and very good value. Would recommend to anyone who is visiting for business that needs to locate in this area of the city.

Nice, clean and a modern hotel in Nanjing, however the location is soso, you always need a car.

Tina is the most incredible masseuse ever. I was really disappointed last night that there was no buffet and I wasn’t informed but then today Tina restored the world to rights with an epic .30 min body scrub and 60 min Swedish massage. Tina speaks English and is entirely present the whole way through which sometimes I find the masseuse can drift off into their own word; not Tina! Highly professional and very skilled. I’d definitely have another massage with her, worth every penny. Thank you Tina.

Very nice hotel rooms, no smoke, good facilities, everything new. Lounge could be little bit bigger but ok for business stay. Very helpful service esp. Gary Liu which helped me to find medicin. Really appreciate.

I’ve never had a bad stay at a Kempinski hotel and this one was no exception. Beautifully appointed room, friendly and professional service, a delicious breakfast etc. If I was to really critique I would say I was surprised to find partly melted ice in the room’s ice bucket and also that I do personally like to have a mirror in the shower cubicle for when I shave. This is being incredibly picky though and neither of these things affected my stay in the slightest.

Great service overall everything was great ! Would prefer a better view next time and maybe the Freeda restaurant that is right outside can make better food next time and larger portions

The hotel that gives me an excellent experience surpasses the Ritz Carlton Nanjing. I should thank Ashley, melody, Alice and rourosh in the executive lounge for their excellent service. I would also like to thank Lily and Ceres, the lady in red, for their excellent performance as housekeepers during my stay. Next time I will choose Kempinski Hotel Nanjing again
