Awesome location. Big room and bathroom. The only negative point is the white light. It gives you kind of hospital wives.

The hotel facade may look old but it had been a very warm welcome by the staff and was a pleasant stay for us. The rooms were true to the pictures posted on Trip.com. Big thanks to Lobby Manager Deng Juan 邓娟 who was very attentive and helpful. Knowing that we didn't have a local number, she added me in WeChat so I may contact her if we need any assistance. She also helped coordinate with the kitchen for a slightly early breakfast when we had to check-out by 7am, which we really appreciated. Also, the housekeeper in-charge of our rooms ensured that we had sufficient bottled water during our stay. The hotel is also very close to shopping malls and many food options. I'm very glad to have chosen this hotel for our trip to Nanjing.

I asked the hotel to get a non-smoking room. The hotel staff was so friendly and helped me with my wish. A big plus point is that the hotel staff can speak english very well. I can only recommend to stay here at Tiafeng Hotel, especially as a foreigner. The location is great. Breakfast was amazing and the room clean and with a good smell! Great location close to both bus and metro options, with a large selection of restaurants nearby. Amazing service and very accommodating with late check in and even some snacks. Highly recommended!

Reception very nice, upgrade me to bigger room with window, room was big and clean, location also within walking distance to shopping and eateries. All in all very sastified with the stay.

Good in general. The only negative aspect with my room is that I had a noise related to some pipes near my window, and it ended by 11pm, which made my sleeping difficult before that hour. Rooms could benefit from a better sound isolation as I could also listen the other guest talking in the nearest room.

Great location. Near to public transport, malls, and food. Staffs are friendly. Rooms are a little on the old side if you dont mind.

This hotel is located within minutes of the Xinjiekou metro station and the bustling shopping district with malls galore. Its location is ideal for anyone visiting Nanjing. Although it’s not the newest hotel, it’s still clean and well maintained. It was very comfortable, although the days I went, the weather had turned cold, but it was still fine. The customer service was excellent, the same as I’ve found in all the hotels in China I’ve stayed in. All in all, a nice hotel which is excellent value for money and located in a very nice pet of Nanjing.

Location is very good. Just 1 minute walk away from the subway station. Nearby it is a walking street with a lot of varieties of food!
