This was the first hotel in China that made a strong impression on the exceptionally great service back when I was living in China back in 2009. Everything is effortless yet well thought of. I stayed at the Jinling Hotel 15 years ago with my wife. 15 years on we came back with our young children and the service remains as exceptionally impeccable. You can tell right from the GM (Mark) through to the front desk (Leo Huo) the service comes from the heart. Thank you Leo for taking care of me and my family during our short stay in Nanjing. Keep up the good work and looking forward to our next stay.

This is our first time in Nanjing. It was very worth it booking this hotel. The staff are all approachable and accomodating from check in until check out, housekeeping and staff in the buffet. I would like to commend Odette Pan and Connor Chen. What marks our stay as well are their brand of toiletries, I love this brand.

This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in Jinling Hotel Nanjing 新街口. The downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the Jinling Hotel offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out. We were given an upgrade to the executive room and breakfast was served on the 56th floor and we had an amazing time. The atmosphere and service were great. Definitely a must do if you are looking for a good time. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable especially to Mr. 邢阳, thank you for making our stay a pleasant one.

The Jinling Hotel is outstanding in terms of geographical location, surrounding environment and service quality. When checking in at the front desk, Alina沈 was very warm and friendly, providing me with one-on-one service in a meticulous manner. The whole process was efficient and considerate. During my stay, she thoughtfully sent me the business hours of various facilities, and this care continued until the moment of check-out. Alina was not only considerate but also upgraded my room type for free, which greatly enhanced my stay experience.

The personal at the hotel was available and friendly! The hotel itself, although a bit older (esp. the rooms) has a luxurious feeling, expected from an establishment of that type. We would book again!

Stayed 4 nights for a family of three. Decided on a 60sqm suite and the room was huge and comfortable. The concierge and reception were very helpful especially 姬雨彤, out of her own initiative, helped my daughter secure an extra pass to the executive lounge as the room came with only 2 passes, which wld've caused us some trouble. Location is excellent as it is connected to the metro and the surrounding major shopping complex in Nanjing.
