Room was very far away from reception so had to take luggage there. Like a resort

Pros: Located about 10 mins away from the airport, Shuttle available for free. Rooms are cosy, reminded me of my dormitories like in University. Cons: Amenities are basic, rooms not well maintained and there is nothing, literally nothing around this area. Directions to the hotel itself are very unclear if you arrive late. I had to climb through the gates to get into the complex.

Clean room and close to airport. Great choice for people reaching Nanjing late at night or early morning flight as hotel provide free pickup service at the airport and it’s close distance means travelers can get a good rest soon after a tiring flight. Might make sense for hotel to tie up packages with airlines that arrive Nanjing airport late at night.

Close to the airport. They take you there. New building. Very spacious. Cheap.

The rooms themselves are fine and I had a very convenient 2 pm checkout as a Trip member. The place seemed quite empty, perhaps because there isn’t anything in the area aside from some street food options at the main road (the Expressway). Best was the airport shuttle. It’s a high end SUV and feels like VIP service.

Very well organised - a driver picked us up from the metro station when we arrived in the evening and we were taken to the airport at 5am. Receptionist was welcoming and checked us in efficiently. This is a huge hotel, all pre-fabricated but sound proofing must be good as we didn't hear anything during the night, we both slept very well, bed very comfortable. Bathroom was small but fit for purpose. We recommend this hotel if you need somewhere comfortable to rest before taking an early flight.

Firstly. We’ve been waiting at the airport for close to 2hour. Despite us texting the concierge and had seen all our messages and chose to ignore. We tried asking for their wechat to make our communication easier, but was ignored as well, as they claim its after 12midnight and its their “silent hour”. On their service statement it stated a 24-Hour Car Service. From my experience they are contradicting their statement. After 12midnight you’re technically on your own. They will leave you hanging. To fellow tourist that’s booking this hotel. Please think again and save yourself from all those headaches. It took me my extra time and effort to write this statement proves hows’s disappointing their service is.

Returning to stay in this hotel because it is very close to the airport and offers the airport pickup and drop off free of charge.

The hotel locates near the Najing airport with free shuttle service. If you have early/late flight, I recommend this hotel.

This hotel is about 10 minutes drive from the airport. The environment is very clean. As a foreigner, the check in process was smooth and quick. The staff were helpful. Someone was there to help me with my bags to the room. They even provide free airport pickup and drop-off service, so convenient. The room I got was cleaned. The only thing, was the bathroom face sink was clogged and the water was not going out. The amenities for the bathroom were there, the room came with a kettle, two tea cups and two bottles of water, but there were no sachets of tea or coffee. I wished my room had the tea or coffee, because there weren't any convenient store close by and I was checking out early in the morning. However, there's a vending machine located in the reception area.
