The hotel was great. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. The staff is very acommodating and Xiaohong was really kind. Quite close to the southern exit from the Nanjing South Railway Station (turn right on the South Square and you’ll find the A-3 bulding). The area is really safe and there are lots of restaurants, small marts and coffee places, open until late. You can find some western options in the area.

Service was top notch. Location is convenient too, 5mins walk from exit 5 of the metro line. Room was very clean and we had fun playing with the AI controls (you just have to command it with "Xiao du Xiao du"). Tip: hotel has only around 30 rooms or so on a single floor, so they do not lay out all the available items at the breakfast spread, but you can just ask and request for freshly cooked noodles, dumplings, coffee and tea and it will be served by the staff to your table.

We had a great stay at Nanjing South Railway Station Ziyi Tianyue Hotel. The hotel's location is excellent, being very close to the Nanjing South Railway Station, which made it the perfect choice for us to catch a train to Suzhou. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The surrounding area offers plenty of dining options, including authentic Nanjing cuisine, allowing us to enjoy the local flavors conveniently.

The front desk clerks are very friendly. On 17th, the front desk girl arranged me with DiDi service and the next day, the other front desk girl arranged a gentlemen carrying my luggage to the airport. All of them are very friendly and professional. The hotel’s facilities are very advanced. I truly enjoyed the stay in this hotel.

We stayed here on our first day upon arrival at Nanjing international airport. We took the metro from the airport. The next day we left via high speed train at the Nanjing southern railway which was a few hundred metres away from the hotel. This time we returned to this same hotel again after returning from another city via high speed rail. And we left the next day for the airport. We chose this hotel as the location suited our travel needs. The room was clean and modern. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful.

Great hotel, location is near the station (and metro) and staff is very friendly. Receptionist Wang helped us with everything!

酒店離南京南站確實很近，步行五分鐘。 攜程把這個酒店放在四星標準裏，簡直是侮辱我們的智商。其實就是一個房間多一些的旅館，在一個寫字樓三樓裏改出來的，一樓入口都找不到。 攜程，請你誠信一些，尊重住客。

非常靠近南京南站，出家火車站，走5分鐘就到了。酒店大堂在3樓，大堂不是很大，前台小王很熱情，接待效率很高，有問必答，大堂桌上有免費的水和小零食。 房間還算比較大，窗簾等都是智能的，房間裏面有百度精靈，床墊軟硬適中，睡得很舒服，馬桶是智能馬桶墊，還有一次性馬桶套，很貼心。 這個價位的酒店有這種環境和品質，性價比很高，打車也很快，樓下還有便利店、足道、小吃店等等，非常方便。

酒店離高鐵很近，每天都能找到一條更近的從南京南迴酒店的路，南廣場售票處就可以看到酒店。酒店很乾凈，很智能，服務員熱情，第一天送早餐，晚上還問要不要自己做的銀耳羹，最後一天還問要不要水果，免費的。早餐也不錯，早上有鹽水鴨，獨自出行，嚐嚐鮮挺好的

超出預期，住的是家庭房，距離南京南站、地鐵站步行3分鐘；酒店環境明亮衞生乾淨，電動窗簾，智能馬桶，機器人，科技感滿滿；前台小王總是笑眯眯的，服務熱情，晚上貼心的送了銀耳羹，外出旅遊累了一天，有種歸家的感覺，謝謝小王！謝謝紫怡天悦！

設施：之前出差住過1次，對房間的智能化印象比較深刻。衞生間很大，有浴缸。 衞生：酒店比較新，衞生做的也很乾凈。 環境：這次親子出遊，特意訂了帶小陽台的房間，周圍比較安靜，也很開闊。樓下有各種飯店，逛累了回酒店樓下就能解決吃飯的問題。 服務：服務也很周到，非常感謝前台小劉幫助延時退房。
