It was an excellent and memorable stay. The staff is also very nice and cooperative. Location is reachable. Cleanliness and interior are awesome. I will definitely refer this hotel to my near and dear. Thank you

To be very frank, we really didn't had a good experience. Yes, the hotel, hotel staff, was pretty good but we were actually frustrated because of the ac. The room in which we checked in was good but the ac wasn't working and we waited for a technician for atleast 2 hours. It was really hot inside. Nanded has several hotels but me and my friend decided to stay in vets because we thought we would have a good food and sleep as we had to leave for our work in the morning. We checked in at around 9pm and till 1 pm it was really terrible. Staff changed the room and then got to know that there is some issue in ac of all the rooms. We were very sad about this. Then at around 2 pm technician came and fixed it and still the ac was not working fine. Whole night we could not sleep well. And when we asked for managers number, staff said that he can't give. At 1 am when we said that ok we will log out please give us our refund back so that we could go somewhere else and sleep well. Staff directly denied. It was really very sad. I definitely loved everything and we were planning to come frequently to vets but unfortunately all these things happened and no body was ready to help.

Specious clean rooms, very courteous staff, food was great. Had ample of parking place. Location of the hotel is convenient
