Great location and ocean view. Great host with everything you need to enjoy yourself on the island. Plus convenient scooter rentals to zip around.

Yes, you can see the sea but it's not a full seaview as claimed. There is one building blocking the views. Despite that, you get quite a view from the balcony. The washing machine also turned out to be handy. The location is less than 10 minutes from the town center. You will need to rent a electric scooter 🛵 to move around. The scooter rental company recommended by the owner provides good service.

The cleanness and tidiness of the room is good. The response from house owner is quick and helpful.

Thanks to excellent directions and instructions we managed to find the flat easily.......even though it was late at night. The room was spotless and the view was excellent from the balcony...we took great photos of the sunset and the view of the fishing boats at night is unusual. The facilities were as described...fridge, washing machine, kettle etc and we made this our home for 4 nights. In the evening we ate at local restaurants and hired e bikes to tour the fabulous Island. Definitely recommend

民宿位置還可以，房間整體一般，衞生一般，服務不錯。可是房間配置都一般。浴室花灑都壞了，開個水都亂噴。房間床邊多個插座都沒，手機充電都不方便。房間那些坐墊上還有小蟲子。一次性拖鞋也沒擺放出來，還要自己找。

這次自駕來的潮汕，然後主要主要去玩的地方就是南澳島。然後在南澳島本來是準備露營，但最終還是想找一個民宿住。結果就選了這一家民宿。老闆很熱情，人也非常好。給升級了房間。不論是房間的舒適度，乾淨程度，還有陽台看海景的感官。我認為都是遠超這個房型以及目前的房價呃，房間打掃服務衞生的阿姨也都是當地人，人都很好。無論你打聽去吃飯呀，周邊去玩吶，拍照呀，都會很熱情的去給你介紹。這點是很多小小旅館或者賓館。很難得見到的。總之強烈推薦，尤其是他們提供非常非常安全的停車服，本身是碧桂園的物業管理，停車又方便，又好。

房間整體還好 3人房 有張單人床要爬上去，有老人家就不要叫這家,比較遠 離景點還有公交南都遠，如果開車是沒問題的，是海景房 但看到海只有3分1 ，連拍照動力也沒有，下面全是地盤在建房子，很吵！但旁邊有家高級點的酒店海到看不到，只看到地盤，被逼早起床！服務還好，有洗衣機 ，游泳完可以洗衣服。

好的地方：會主動聯繫並告知入住指南和出遊指南。 不好的地方：入口有點難找，住的地方找的時候要仔細一點，設施老舊很嚴重，插座都是松的，被子枕頭一股味道，説是雙人床，但我萬萬沒想到居然是有一張是上下床來的，要爬上去。

超乎想象的好，我們住在16層，打開陽台，映入眼簾的就是大海，很漂亮！ 入住前就和管家加了微信，管家很貼心，一下子推給我們當地的美食，景點，和線路！有啥需求，回覆很及時。 從我們住的地方騎電瓶車到青澳灣，一路沿着海岸線處處是美景！ 整個房間格局不錯，兩間房各一張床，我和我朋友各一間互不打擾，要聊天就坐廳裏的沙發上，喝喝茶，我朋友説每次從外面回來，都像回家的感覺！ 美中不足，房間裏有裝修的味道！

房間很好，服務也非常滿意，還拉了一個羣告訴了在南澳島旅遊的指南，出門也很方便，傍晚的時候可以到前沙灣去看落日。嗯，如果出門往右走，就是前沙灣可以有很多地方吃的，往左走呢就是有燈塔，所以非常好的入住。

民宿就在碧桂園裡麪，安保措施很好，小區環境也不錯，停車也很方便可以直接停在樓底下，停車可以報銷24小時的停車費。自助辦理入住很方便，房間也確實很看到無遮擋的海景，總的來説性價比很高，很滿意。

很好，裝修風格簡潔，房間乾淨，兩扇窗户都能看到海，在陽台吹海風超級舒服。就是廁所換氣扇打開會反味，別開。房間隔音也可以。租個電動車，去哪都方便
