Chambre petite mais suffisante,lit de matelas très très médiocre,salle de bain avec douche convenable mais avec des rejets d' odeur d égout, La chambre est située côté rue donc beaucoup de bruit dû au passage des voitures. Ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Bon accueil à la réception. Me concernant pour une nuit ok mais pas plus. Je tiens à signaler que la chambre est du côté ancien bâtiment!!

The hotel only has staff when the adjacent restaurant is open. That means that after 10 in the morning one can NOT get a cup of coffee as the machine has just been cleaned. And thats just a minor detail. We stayed for three nights over the weekend, and friday and saturday we went to bed around 23pm. Already it sounded like a party going on on floor 3, until at least 2.30 AM. Constant moving of furniture and loud footsteps on wooden flooring almost without a pause. For 85 euro a night I like to be able to get sleep, especially in a hotel. Otherwise it sounds more like a hostel and then this pricing is way off balance. I would be less bothered if I can get a coffee after a bad night sleep. In the evening we were not allowed to buy drinks to take these upstairs. Not even plastic cups... All in all: this hotel is very poor in service and quality, and because of hotelstaff having their own parties at the top floor also very noisy. -in the night the cap of the wall plug right behind the pillow of my girlfriend just fell off and thus 240 volts was exposed just like that. Serious electrocution could have taken place. We are still thinking of official ways to drop a complaint at any office responsible as the manager had a chance to react but did not till today. It looks like it is not important enough. -dont open the drawers of the bedsides, they fall off. -inspect the toiletpaper, we had to get some from our car in the middle of the night as it seemed to be forgotten. All in all we feel mislead, and badly treated as the staff was incapable of handling complaints at the reception.

I booked hotel through ********** and paid in advance. On arrival at reception they said I must pay again and also demanded my passport to make a copy for security purposes. After a long drive from Frankfort I was made to feel like a criminal. This was a most unpleasant experience. In the morning the management accepted I had paid too much and reimbursed me, but this was another unnecessary experience. The restaurant was very expensive for the quality. I ordered Fondue Savoyarde which consisted of half a baguette, bowl of hot cheese sauce and a side salad which cost E22.50 and a bowl of Frites was a E3.50 supplement. The room was good, large and very comfortable and the breakfast adequate. I have used this hotel before when it was a Best Western and it is not as good as before. K F Carroll.

Clients depuis plus de 15 ans.. Nous y avons fêter des anniversaires avec plus de 30 personnes.. des soirées entre amis. Familles...Ce soir.. Nous avons omis de donner le nom de la formule du repas.. Du coup belle surprise à l addition ! La formule fondue etait a 27.9€ pour 2.. nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants .. pour les enfants c était normalement 14.90 pour 2.. Vu que nous avons oublié de donner le nom de la formule.. prix plein.. cad. 29.90 par personne plus 14.90 par enfant.. Sans compter qu il n y a plus le plateau 4 viandes mais 3 viandes. Les enfants ont voulu une mousse au chocolat.. qui ressemblait à de la danette.. Bref.. qualitativement en chute libre.. Le service très limité également.. On n y retournera plus..

Les photos du site ne correspondent pas a la réalité. L'hôtel n'est pas propre, la chambre est minuscule et le mobilier abîmé et usé. Une vilaine odeur vous accompagne pour monter les escaliers. Grosse déception pour un cadeau bongo WE de charme. Cela a précipité notre départ.
