We stayed as Family in Dec'24. Many positives as follows: (a) Location is closer to boating point and museum (b) Rooms and property are very clean and well maintained. (c ) Best of all are the staff and their service - they were very friendly, smiling and always happy to serve customers (d) With limited resources and facilities, the team do their level best to give quality and tasty food. Things to note: 1. Whoever visiting need to know that this resort is in the midst of fields with river on one side. So there is virtually no modern facility here; 2. JIO fiber Wifi is there but no TV and other modern Amenities 3. AC's and FAN's are there 4. Tents have good and clean washroom but hot water will be provided externally. Pabitra and Jagbandhu Managing this place are doing a fabulous job. With limited facilities the team is still doing awesome work to keep the customers happy. They try their best to take care of the smallest requests. If any guests have any special request, please call them in advance and let them know so they are prepared and they do support. Kudos to the entire team and I will recommend anyone to visit this place.

The experience at the selected resort is one of curated experiences by the service provider..The stay at the camp site with courteous staff,homely food,and neat and clean made my decision to be worth choosing this property.............

Excellent property , well located near khola natural park , on the banks of the river, well appointed tents with all facilities, staffs are welcoming and very friendly .food is fresh you can get prawn , fish , chicken , they also offer tea cofee and snacks during evening

Lively place excellent service and very tasty food. Enjoyed thoroughly. Very courteous staff and comfortable stay. All facilities and sight seeing arranged properly. Tents are clean and hygienic. Pabitra sir was vey helpful and hospitality was excellent

We recently stayed at Bhitarkanika Eco Resort, and it was a refreshing experience! The tent accommodations were cozy and rustic, blending perfectly with the natural surroundings. The service was nice—staff members were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist, ensuring we felt well taken care of. The garden was a real highlight, beautifully maintained and full of life, with butterflies fluttering around, adding to the tranquil atmosphere. The bonfire experience in the evening was another memorable touch, providing a warm, cozy setting for relaxation under the stars. The food quality, however, could use some improvement. While it was decent, it didn’t quite match the high standards set by the other aspects of our stay. That said, the promoter Mr. Jagga was very receptive to feedback and eager to improve the guest experience. Overall, it is a lovely spot for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway with warm hospitality and charming natural surroundings. With a little focus on enhancing the food, it could easily become an outstanding retreat.

Wonderful hospitality n food. We stayed in a tent it was clean so as the bathroom. All meals with evening snacks was included..food was tasty they took care of special request..highly recommend the place. Small kitchen garden, swing is there Special thanks to Mr Pabitra n Mr Gopabandhu.

Sight seen was very good. Lunch at there was so tasty... surroundings atmosphere was like village atmosphere ..cottage was so clean and every amenities are so adorable....nice experience to stay there and to have lunch at there. Thanks to the team

Excellent Resort on the bank of River Brahmani. The rooms were immaculate & very comfortable. Staffs are very kind & attentive. The food here is absolutely delicious. We have enjoyed your hospitality. Thanks for all arrangements pabitra. Will visit again 👍

We visited Bhitarkanika in Dec'24. And stayed at the Eco Resorts. Overall 12 people group. Hospitality - 5/5 Room Quality and Comfort - 3/5 Food and Dining Options - 5/5 Facilities and Services - 3/4 Cleanliness and Maintenance - 4/5 Customer Service - 5/5 The food over the 2 days was awesome. Try out the Prawn fry and Carb curry. They helped us with planning the overall trip with visits to museum and boat safari. Infact accompanied with a person dedicated owing to our large group size. The place is a decent stay with all facilities. They are pet friendly. The contact point was Pabitra, and he ensured directions to reach, slots to be effective in time. The overall team is genuine, honest and supportive. They intend to stay long term in business and deliver customers over time. All of us were overall happy with the place and hospitality it offered. Also, the overall Bhitarkanika region offers a fantastic triangulation of dense mangrove forest, dangerous amphibians/safari and natural meandering landscapes. Ideal for the rush of adrenalin and a laid back holiday as well.
